CNN is suing the Trump administration over the suspension of chief White House reporter Jim Acosta’s credential; analysis from Howard Kurtz, host of ‘MediaBuzz.’
CNN has filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration which White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders called “just more grandstanding.”
The suit alleges that the White House unfairly revoked CNN commentator Jim Acosta’s White House pass after he manhandled a White House intern who was trying to retrieve a microphone from him.
“After Acosta asked two questions,” Sanders said. “He physically refused to surrender a White House microphone to an intern, so that other reporters might ask their questions.”

CNN is a wonderment! Their ratings are so very low yet, they have never been canceled when other Television show with low ratings some not as low as CNN are scraped and discarded. I feel that CNN is NOT a news source and, in fact has never ever been a reliable news source. The concept was a good one but they are so politically motivated and bias that they have become a editorial source only! Can you imagine what would have happen to them under the Obama reign if they manhandled an intern…No, wait, they would have done that they loved Obama so much that they never asked hard politically charges questions of their god. Well, I won’t ever use CNN for a news source somebody is keeping them afloat and it isn’t their ratings.
