Biden, Democrats Politicize Kentucky Tornado Tragedy to Push Climate Change Theory

As rescue teams furiously comb the rubble of collapsed buildings for survivors after close to 30 tornadoes devastated parts of six states across the Midwest and South Friday, Democrats – including President Biden and US. Rep. Eric Swalwell (D0CA) – took to the mics to politicize the issue.

With at least 94 people dead from the tornadoes, including at least 80 fatalities in Kentucky (the worst-hit state), the President, stunningly and cold-heartedly, used the disaster to promote his climate agenda.

At a press conference from Wilmington, Delaware – where Mr. Biden was again vacationing, he gave an update on the disaster. When asked by a reporter if he “could conclude that these storms and the intensity have to do with climate change,” the President gave an answer that was met with disgust on social media.

“All I know is that the intensity of the weather across the board has some impacts as a consequence of the warming of the planet and climate change,” Biden responded. “The specific impact on these specific storms, I can’t say at this point…I’m going to be asking the EPA and others to take a look at that, but the fact is that we all know everything is more intense when the climate is warming. Everything. And obviously, it has some impact here, but I can’t give you a quantitative read on that.”

Biden’s comments were met with immediate outrage by all factions, including elected officials, pundits, and rank and file Americans.

Why This Is Important

There has been plenty of talk about how inept the Biden administration has been in the execution of its duties, whether you agree with their agenda or not. But the cold and heartless attempt to politicize the disaster in Kentucky and across the South and Midwest is beyond anything we should have to make excuses for tolerating.

With rescuers still climbing over the bodies of the deceased to save those trapped and severely injured in the rubble caused by these tornados, Mr. Biden and the Democrats have the unmitigated gall to attempt to co-opt the deadly crisis to push their flawed climate change theories?

Americans have been forced to tolerate the politicization of every minute element of our lives. From skin color to climate to education to gender to religion to travel to health, nothing is safe from the political activists, media propagandists, community organizers, and especially from the grafting, opportunistic, disingenuous, do-nothing-but-spend political class.

When a person can’t find enough empathy within – and I say this about anyone from any ideological or political bent – to refrain from their self-political agendas until after the dead are buried in a disaster such as this, then they have no business in government or in public advocacy. These are the people who are destroying our Republic and we – the rank and file citizens – have to stand up and angrily say “Enough!”

The jaded, self-important, greedy political and ideological classes – on both sides of the aisle – are tempting a future for themselves that they will most certainly not want. Only the terminally stupid continue over the already crossed line.

Our thoughts and prayers to all of those affected by the tornados and our sincere appreciation to the First Responders and volunteers helping to rescue and recover the victims.
