On Saturday, Nathan Phillips, the man who clashed with Covington Catholic High School students over the weekend, demanded action to be taken against the children. Furthermore, Phillips also called for reparations to be paid towards certain groups of people around the world, reports The Daily Caller.
“We demand that the students of Covington Catholic High School be reprimanded — not just by the school officials as seniors, but by their upcoming universities. We demand the Catholic Church hold themselves responsible for the hundred-plus years of genocide that our indigenous people have endured — and still persist through — by [implementing] the following: with reparations of land and restorations to the indigenous peoples in the U.S. and across the world.
We demand that the Catholic Church revoke the papal bulls related to the doctrine of discovery, which laid the foundation for religious prejudice and the dehumanization of indigenous peoples.”
Security guards who worked at the event criticized Phillips and the other activists for the timing of their arrival during a meaningful celebration.
It was a natural confrontation for the biased media to spin. On one side you had mostly white Christian students from a southern state protesting against abortion with some wearing the Trump MAGA hats. On the other side, you had one of the left’s premier protected classes, an older Native American.
This was a situation ripe for the left-wing propagandists – and they played it for maximum value, making it a lead story hour after hour resulting in an outpouring of vulgar and hateful threats against the targeted students.
Phillips’ demands come after he was caught on video in a standoff with Covington Catholic High School students. He has offered multiple accounts of exactly what transpired during the conflict at the March For Life event, yet each of his accounts has been thoroughly disproven by video evidence.
In light of those realities, it’s very rich for Phillips to be demanding for action to be taken against these high schoolers. It’s even richer for him to be demanding reparations. There are no free lunches in this life; if you want something, you get out there and earn it.
Many years ago back in the 80’s radical blacks led by Al Sharpton were also demanding reparations. This is another blatant response by people wanting free stuff. As far as reparations go for those blacks as well as Phillips’ demands for these kids, why should someone pay for something they didn’t do to someone who wasn’t here?
Nathan Phillips is just another fruitcake trouble maker who burst upon the scene and the destroy Trump media falls behind. He keeps changing his story to fit the narrative of the minute. First, he says the kids swarmed around him then he says he wandered over to them to make peace between them and the radical racist black Hebrew Israelites who were hurling racially charged epithets at the kids. Now he wants reparations.
He is a fake, phony fraud who says he was a marine in Vietnam as a recon ranger from 1972 to ‘76, but the U.S. pulled out of Vietnam in ‘72-73. He claimed he was a Recon Ranger — there is no such thing as a Marine Recon Ranger, Rangers are in the Army.
Retired US Navy SEAL Don Shipley, who is known for publicly outing people for ‘stolen valor,’ obtained Nathan Phillips’ DD-214 form and exposed the truth.
Nathan Phillips was enlisted under the name Nathaniel Richard Stanard.
“Nathaniel Phillips enlisted in the Marine Corps Reserves on May 20th, 1972 and served until May 5th, 1976,” Don Shipley said as he read the DD-214 form.
“He served under just four years and was discharged at the exalted rank of ‘Private’” Shipley said sarcastically.
Shipley continued, “His entire military education was as a basic electrician in the Marine Corps — while he served in Lincoln, Nebraska, he served as a refer mach.”
Nathan Phillips went AWOL THREE TIMES while he was stationed at El Toro Marine Base in Southern California, according to his DD-214 form.
He never went to Vietnam — but this lie was previously used to help raise money for a documentary about his life.
The mainstream media ran with a narrative without fact checking and spread lies about the Covington teens to push their left-wing, anti-Christian agenda.and using him to get back at these Trump kids.
In a TODAY interview that aired Wednesday, Sandmann defended his actions and said he had nothing to apologize for when he and his classmates surrounded Phillips.
“As far as standing there, I had every right to do so,” said Sandmann, who was visiting Washington with his classmates to participate in an anti-abortion march.
“My position is that I was not disrespectful to Mr. Phillips. I respect him. I’d like to talk to him,” he added. “I mean, in hindsight, I wish we could’ve walked away and avoided the whole thing. But I can’t say that I’m sorry for listening to him and standing there.”
Phillips said on TODAY that while he did watch Sandmann’s interview, he didn’t find it convincing.”What it says is, he has a PR firm. So those aren’t even his words if he has a PR firm,” he said, adding that he’d like Sandmann to demonstrate “some sincerity, some sense of responsibility for his actions.”
Nathan Phillips, the Native American elder seen beating his drum in an encounter with Covington Catholic High School junior Nick Sandmann, says he forgives the student although he believes the teen has been insincere in his public response.
“Coached and written up for him. Insincerity. Lack of responsibility. Those are the words I came up with, but then I went to go pray about it,” Phillips said Thursday on TODAY. “And then I woke up, and I woke up with this forgiving heart. So I forgive him.
So we’re supposed to believe a guy who says he served in Vietnam as a Recon ranger (when the Marines don’t have recon rangers just the army does) when he never did and went AWOl three times as opposed to a young 16-year-old kid who was completely innocent and just stood there and held his ground while Phillips beat his drum in the kid’s face?
All these celebrities and media who jumped to a conclusion and beat on the kids saying horrible things like throwing them into wood chippers and like the female SNL writer who said she would give anyone who punched the kid in the face a BJ are just the very bullies they always preach against.
The provoked hatred against these students – not unlike the Nazi press attacks on Jews before World War II – resulted in a flood of death threats against individual students and their families, and threats of arson and mass shooting against the school population. And all because the elitist media has intentionally, willfully and happily spread vicious propaganda.
There is a reason why most Americans do not trust the major news media. In fact, most polls show the public trust level to be below that of Trump and of Congress.
At the core of the Truth is the FACT that there are no races; we are all equally human. In fact, individual humans, each responsible for our own deeds and action. Of course this same Truth insists it is wrong to treat an individual badly based upon a perception of his “race”. In other words, race is yet one more LIE the left uses to stir up the “collective”.
“Native American” is another term that is a lie when it is used to depict a particular group of “special” people who’s ancestors have been here a little longer than the ancestors of other people. Human beings never originated on this continent!! That means every one of us are descendants of someone who “invaded” and imposed themselves on this place – at least according to leftist standards as such! I was born on this continent, in this country, and so were my parents – and their parents and their parents – WHO CARES. I am native to this land every bit as much as anyone (individual human!) else who was born here!
This is also true, based upon the perpetual PARADE of such people; you cannot be a hero of the left unless you are a scurrilous, law breaking, deceitful, hypocrite, waste of good oxygen!
