Trump Correctly Blames Congress for Deteriorating Relations with Russia

President Donald Trump has really whacked the hornet’s nest now.

In a Thursday morning tweet, the POTUS laid the blame for increasing hostilities with Russia squarely at the feet of a crooked Congress which is exactly where it belongs.

U.S.-Russian relations were driven to as low a point since the darkest days of the Cold War under the Obama regime and by the Hillary Clinton-John Kerry State Department.

Considering that Russia remains a nuclear power that can annihilate this country, it is not exactly wise to continue agitating for war in what is a very personal pissing contest between Deep State elements, influential members of Congress and Vladimir Putin.

It was only after candidate Trump made an effort to help repair those relations that the accusations of Russian interference in the election and collusion between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin became the dominant narrative and John McCain began working behind the scenes to broker the infamous PeeGate dossier that nearly all of the accusations against the POTUS came from.

The intent was to poison the well to where President Trump would never be able to make peace with Putin and join together to stop radical Islamic terrorism.

In addition to being persecuted over unproven ties to Moscow, sleazy tales of peeing prostitutes and a daily barrage of media stories of Russian innuendo leaked by Obama loyalists still deeply embedded within the bureaucracy, Trump was forced by a renegade Congress to sign off on yet another Russian sanctions package when it was sent to him by veto proof majorities.

But while Trump was bullied into the sanctions, he is not going to take the blame for the wrecking of any potential rapprochement with Russia.

According to The Hill “Trump: ‘Thank Congress’ for ‘all-time’ low in US-Russia ties”:

President Trump on Thursday blamed Congress for the current “very dangerous” relationship with Russia.

“Our relationship with Russia is at an all-time & very dangerous low,” Trump tweeted one day after signing into law a bill overwhelmingly approved by Congress that imposes new sanctions on Russia and curbs the president’s authority to lift them.

Trump also took a shot at the inability of the Senate to pass an ObamaCare repeal law.

“You can thank Congress, the same people that can’t even give us HCare!” he wrote.

The comments are a shot at Republican and Democratic members of the House and Senate given the broad support in Congress for the Russian sanctions bill.

There will surely be hell to pay once Senator John McCain and his allies respond to Trump’s tweet and once again, Trump-Putin conspiracies will dominate the media. It just never ends.

  1. Deep State Elements, influential Senators ??? Let’s call them what they really are….TRAITORS. Their individual ‘motivation’ would seem to be either that they just don’t ‘like’ this country and want it destroyed, OR afraid that all of their own little sleazy greedy ‘deals’ will be disrupted and discovered….Some of them are NOT novices at paying for personal favors with the security of the nation they swore to protect.

With a true American ‘Taskmaster’ in charge, it’s more than a pissing contest….it’s a fight for their survival and the rest of the nation be damned. McCain is notably one of the more prominent names, but let’s not forget who his most frequent traveling companion and best ‘pocket buddy’ has been. With Mac’s illness, Lindsey is looking around for a replacement.. Now, in all fairness, I’m not saying that everyone that signs on to these ‘pretend’ restrictions is a traitor, No, some are just plain ignorant or penny street runners.
