Okay! May As Well Bring On Another Clown

“I stand before you today as a disciplined, conservative Texan, a committed Republican and a proud American, united with you in the desire to restore our nation and revive the American dream,”

Holy Cow Rick! No kiddin’? A disciplined, conservativeTexan! I think not. Be still my hyperventilating cardiac event!!!

Rick Perry???!!!…,…the same Rick Perry who endorsed and supported America’s Mayor Rudy Guiliani, a sometimes Republican, sometimes Democrat, in 2008?

On immigration, a critical isue founded upon our sovereign right as a nation to establish and protect OUR OWN BORDERS.., he’s a RINO populist  (That would define him as a politician, NOT a statesman).

recently revived a bill that would crackdown on so-called “sanctuary” cities — localities where the government prohibits police officers from asking about the immigration status of legally detained residents.

Perry, it seems, knows which way the wind is blowing: His immigration stance is a 180-degree turn from his criticisms of Arizona’s draconian immigration law SB-1070 last year. At the time, he questioned the law, saying, “Some aspects of the law turn law enforcement officers into immigration officials by requiring them to determine immigration status during any lawful contact with a suspected alien, taking them away from their existing law enforcement duties, which are critical to keeping citizens safe.”

Considering that Perry also signed the Texas DREAM Act into law in 2001 — a precursor to the national bill that’s been struggling for congressional support — his movement to the right is quite the contrast. In a statement to the conservative Washington Times, Perry now says, “We need to, as a country, address border security before we tackle any immigration issues.”

On education for ILLEGAL aliens, in May of 2001, the then Governor Perry signed House Bill 1403, lovingly embraced by the left then as the Texas DREAM Act. This legislation allowed illegal aliens who graduate from a Texas public high school to attend a Texas college at the in state tuition rate.

Section 54.057(a); SECTION 5. Section 54.060(b),; SECTION 6. Sections 1 through 5 and Section 7 of the Texas Education Code

On an education roll he starts off his remarks, long-winded that they were, to the Southwest Voter Registration Education Project (that would be cutresy-speak for the Latino Voter Registration Education Project) as the clown confirms by his titular description of Cisneros, the ex-Clintonista Wandering Penis Poster-boy, on Friday, June 22, 2001 as follows:

Thank you Antonio. Mayor Garza, Latino Vote 2001 Chairman Henry Cisneros, fellow elected officials, friends in San Antonio. It is my great honor to be with you this evening. Before I begin, let me introduce someone very special to me. She spent 17 years as a nurse providing health care to those in need. Just a few weeks ago, the University of Texas San Antonio Health Science Center named her a Distinguished Alumni and created a nursing school endowment in her name. She’s the mother of two great children, and the first girl I ever had a date with. Please welcome my wife and a great First Lady for the State of Texas, Anita Perry.

My fellow citizens, the face of Texas is changing, and tonight, as I look out into this audience, I see many of the faces that represent that change. The Texas of tomorrow is in this room today, a Texas of boundless energy and fresh ideas, a Texas committed to safe communities and good schools, a Texas that is more and more diverse with each passing day. For Texas to prosper beyond our own time on this earth, there are things we must embrace now. We must embrace our growing diversity as a source of strength and cultural enrichment, not a source of division. We must welcome more Texans of differing backgrounds to the table of ideas, and to positions of leadership. And we must stand united behind an agenda of opportunity for every citizen regardless of their financial means, or the sound of their last name. We do have differences, but there is more that unites us as Texans than could ever divide us. Who among us does not yearn to be successful and to live the American Dream? Who among us is not worthy of a good education, and a future as bold and vivid as our capacity to dream? Who among us does not long for a Texas where our children can thrive, and accomplish things greater than ourselves? Yes, we may be Hispanic, African‑American, Native American, Asian and Anglo, but we are all Texans, and we are united in our common humanity.

Note: It went on similarly, ad nauseum, as he stroked the audience with the keywords of RINO dumming-down and borrowed demonRATIc “target group” strategy. He did fail to note the difference between illegals and legals being embraced in the name of growing diversity. A finger-in-the-wind POPULIST ALL THE WAY.

On Little Georgie-boy Bush’s SHAMNESTY…Governor Perry issued this press release (of which I’ll only bore you with an opening excerpt only, on Wednesday, January 07, 2004 :

“During my visit with President Fox last November, I reaffirmed my support for a guest worker program that balances our two countries’ economic realities along with the need for homeland security. President Bush’s proposal reflects those goals.“As a former governor of this state, President Bush understands well the huge impact that immigration has on Texas, ..

Note: Again no mention of any distinction between leagl and illegal is ever made as te wind blew on.

In December of 2006, Governor Perry…sensing a shifting in the winds in Texas attitude building against illegals  he released a press statement noting his views on securing the border. He states that he opposes amnesty for illegal aliens as it rewards illegal behavior, but that he opposes enforcement of US laws through deportation OR EVEN punishment for those who violate the laws as that would harm the US economy. Do you see what he did? He split the issue into what could be operceived as two EXTREMES and why? So he can jump right in the midddle and bullsh*t you that his position is a true compromise, which it is not. !The CLASSIC finger-in-the-wind politician at work, the root cause for much of our problems now comes to the fore and he proposes a guest worker program to allow those here illegally to continue that work on a legal basis but without citizenship. Of coiurse, because he knows that conveying them citizenship can be done by SEPARATE LEGISLATION. It’s the old fast-shuffle to confuse you…THE VOTER.

Then in August of 2007 in blistering heat our hero ventures forth to hump for legalizing illegals, SHAMNESTY REVISITED! ON the OTHER SIDE of the Texas border. How about them apples?

MEXICO CITY — Leading a large delegation of Texas executives trying to drum up business in Mexico, Gov. Rick Perry on Tuesday criticized the U.S. Congress for failing to pass an immigration bill that would legalize millions of workers.

“I don’t think this is that difficult an issue if Congress would have the maturity to sit down and really discuss it and cut out all the mean rhetoric,” Perry said during a break in the third day of meetings with Mexican officials and business executives.

“We need those individuals to continue to grow our economy,” he said of Texas’ undocumented workers, most of whom hail from Mexico. “The vast, vast majority of those individuals want to come and work and take care of their families.”

Perry made the remarks in Mexico City, where immigration is nearly as big a hot-button issue as it is in Washington. He spoke at a press conference shortly before meeting with President Felipe Calderon who, like past Mexican presidents, has lobbied for changes in U.S. immigration law that would include a guest-worker program.

Perry’s statements seemed to put him at odds with many in the Republican Party’s base who regarded the immigration overhaul bill that collapsed in the Senate in June as nothing more than an amnesty for illegal immigrants.

I could go on with many other positions, but at this critical time Rick Perry is NOT the conservative we need to wrest leadership of the Republican Party from those like him who would piece-by-piece sell us all down the river. I still back Bachmann.

An OPEN LETTER To The Less Than Honorable Charles Rangel (demonRAT/NY)

Rangel Introduces Resolution to Repatriate POW/MIAs and Abductees From North Korea

Charlie-boy…You’re late to the party again! Wassup wid dat? I remember how you stood by silently as Mssrs. Kerry and McCain worked very hard to STOP the duly constructed Senate Select Committee on POWS/MIAS from the successful completion of their mission to your fallen brothers and ALL WE VETERANS.
I ask YOU Charlie WHY YOU waited until the 50th aniversary to start to make some noise when there has been an ongoing advocacy for this for a Hell of a long time, which YOU did NOT jump in front of to take the political lead on, WHEN SUCH WAS DESPERATELY NEEDED, by pressuring BOTH party members and State Departments over the years?
I ask YOU Charlie WHY YOU failed to step forward, when in 1992 Presidents H.W. Bush and Yeltsin formed the U.S.-RussiaJointCommissionOnPOWs/MIAs, TO LEAD THAT EFFORT?
I ask YOU Charlie WHY if you are such a sincere and wonderfully inclined person today is this the true picture of you painted yesterday:
Congressman Charlie Rangle (D-NY) GUILTY of Ethics Violations
A House ethics subcommittee found Democratic Representative Charlie Rangel guilty of violating several House conduct rules. The House Committee on Standards and Official Conduct convicted the Representative from New York on 11 of 13 separate violations.
…and WHY have YOU, Charlie Rangel been not held to account by Law for your behaviors?
I ask these questions of YOU as a citizen pondering why you have not been held legally accountable for your many violations of the public trust?
There is ample evidence that would be known to you, Mr. Rangel, had YOU had even the slightest interest during your political career, that many such POWs/MIAs were tranferred to Russia for brainwashing and medical experimentation. Excuse me Mr. Rangel, but you have more access to secret documentation than I do, so you should be REALITY COGNIZANT OF the information noted in this section of ‘public information':
POWs and MIAs: Status and Accounting Issues

of this report:
I have this in my files and excuse my inquisitiveness, but this curious citizen ponder upon just this…
WHY it’s not in yours?
Excuse me if I question your motives now as TAKING ADVANTAGE of YOUR brother Korean War vets for some apple-polishing to an image that has YOU teetering on the brink of political survival and open to local challenge from your own NY district.
You earned our respect as a soldier for your more than honorable service during that war, but then earned our disdain as a civilian politician in all the years that followed. Behavior during one part of life does NOT wipe the slate clean for the behavior during the other. That is NOT how life works and how the value of a man is assessed.

I have just composed an email message and submitted it to House Leader Cantor via demanding he initiate impeachment proceedings against Attorney General Holder for the charges, as per our Constitution, of  “high crimes and misdemeanors”.

This is the text of that contact:

There is MORE THAN enough evidence to hold the Asst AG Breuer directly knowledgeable for Operation Fast and Furious as per Mr. Issa’s committee evidence. As the ASST AG is directly acting under the authority of the AG a direct link is not needed to meet the fair standard of the Senate for conviction of an “overwhelming preponderance of the evidence”.(1) Even I, a concerned citizen and semi-retired self-employed house painter with but a high school education know that. Please consult with Speaker Boehner and assume your constitutional obligation to offer up a Bill of Impeachment.

We MUST place our foot FIRMLY on Obama’s neck to force change. He respects neither OUR Constitution nor compromise or diplomacy and is intent on bringing down this constitutional republic BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE, which should be OBVIOUS by his pattern of behavior to anyone with their eyes wide open.

WHY is the leadership AFRAID to make that case DIRECTLY to the American public. Be statesmen, not politicians.

Operation Fast and Furious has been already laid at the doorstep of the Assistant Attorney General Breuer. There is a memo dated March 10th, 2010(1) from Assistant Attorney General Lanny Breuer authorizing a wiretap application and revealing his participation in and knowledge of Operation Fast and Furious. There is another message intercept confirming a second memo dated March 10th, 2011(2), that further issues directives on this same mission.

The AsstAG and the AG can in no way claim they didn’t know the details of Operation Fast and Furious. As may be noted with both sources that are in the possession of the appropriate House Committee so all the facts are in place to initiate a Bill of Impeachment.

Whenever the Assistant Attorney General exercises a “delegated” power” he is acting under the direct “delegated” authority of the Attorney General himself and BOTH are liable for the responsibility of such actions. The President is also responsible, but first things first. Getting Holder on the hot seat of Impeachment may reveal presidential complicity and this is of momentous import. I would remind that the standard for conviction by Impeachment is unstated in law and generally, as political precedent, been left to the invidual senator’s judgement. As a matter of practicality the idea of a standard of something less than the “beyond a reasonable doubt” standard has come into general acceptance and it is an “overwhelming preponderance of the evidence”(3).

Barack Obama and the Family Budget: A Complete Disconnect

Last week our President held a press conference on the ongoing negotiations regarding the debt ceiling.  The presser highlighted some real concerns about President Obama.

Obama Confused

The first thing I realized was how truly inarticulate he is when off the teleprompter.  Perhaps my political leanings have biased me when it comes to Obama, but I never really thought he was that great of a speaker to begin with.  He never really exuded passion or sincerity to me.  During his historic campaign, I felt people were so enamored with the color of his skin that they ascribed to him all manner of other imaginary skills in order to make him more palatable as the “historical candidate”.  I never really got it.

I remember the first time I ever saw footage of Malcolm X speaking.  Not to get all Chris Matthews-y, but it gave me tingles.  Although I fundamentally disagreed with his religious values and angry approach to Black empowerment, it suddenly became clear to me how so many people so willingly and gladly followed him.  His delivery was passionate, articulate, sincere and persuasive.  I find Barack Obama to be nothing of the sort.  He is a speech reader.  Off of the teleprompter he is monotone, flat and halting.  I find it excruciating to watch him hem and haw his way through a press conference.

The second thing that struck me was how truly out of touch this President is with the lives of average American citizens.  As he used various analogies of how family households manage their budgets to explain the current budget issues of government, I suddenly realized that this man has no idea what it is like to live in middle America today. None.  One particular statement floored me:

“ We have to do it the same way a family would do it.  A family, if they get over-extended…they don’t just stop paying their bills…they say, how do we start cutting our monthly costs?  We keep on making payments, but we start cutting out the things that aren’t necessary…. we don’t stop sending our kids to college; we don’t stop fixing the boiler or the roof that’s leaking.”

When was the last time this President had to worry about sending his kids to college or fixing up the house?  It couldn’t have been any time recently, because if it was he would know that is exactly what happens when you become financially overextended.  You most certainly do stop sending your kids to college and fixing things around the house.  And that is the problem.  We are suffering, Mr. President! We are making tough choices we don’t want to have to make and we expect you in government to do the same.

When my husband and I began our family, we worked at setting aside money for our educating our children.  However, those funds have been raided just to keep us afloat.  Forget about saving for college.  We are more worried about feeding and clothing them now.  Hopefully, when their college days arrive, they will be able to work and support their own tuition costs.  Our provision of a college education for our children is a dream we’ve let go for now.  We’ve had to.  We need gas in the car and food in the fridge.  We have stopped fixing the things in our home that need to be fixed.  I’ve needed a plumber for months to stop some leaks that we can’t fix ourselves.  The leaks are enough to drive our water bill up slightly and I hear the dollars signs racking up with every drip.  And yet, I can’t afford a one-time lump payment to a professional to fix the problem, so we let it be and choose to give that money to the water company month to month.  We need a new major household appliance and the window screens my three-year old pushed out months ago still need to be replaced.  But none of that will happen because we are completely tapped dry.  That’s what happens when you are overextended. You start cutting out even the necessities.  That is why this recession is hurting so badly.  It’s not that people are being forced to give up their toys, it’s that they are being forced to give up their most basic comforts, and their dreams.

Our President has been in government so long that he believes during hard times like these, families simply tighten the belt and restructure.  However, we families do a lot more than just tighten that belt.  There is no “magical” new revenue stream we can tap into to increase our bank accounts and help pay down our debts.  We are not the government.  There is no one to take money from.  We make our own money, and that supply is limited.  When the debt accumulates but our salaries stay the same, we start looking at cutting the necessities as well as the perks.

The President was right in the respect that we need to start asking the government to handle its budget problems the same way an average family would handle theirs.  However he is completely clueless about how real families handle their budget and income problems.  And that scares me.  And hurts me.  If our own President is so removed from the suffering as to make such an idiot statement, it does not bode well the future fiscal situation of this country.  When your own President shows zero knowledge of the day-to-day living situation of average citizens, what hope is there of an outcome that will benefit and help those same people?

There is no way to solve this crisis without pain.  We are far, far beyond any type of slow and steady solutions.  Cuts will have to be made, cuts that hurt people and their loved ones.  There is no way around that.  My family has had to go without some pretty important things that mean a lot to us.  Its time for our government to do the same.

In this case retribution may be defined and likened to justice being served to We the People as a requital for those who acted against the public trust and best interest. Enter one Elena Kagan, last justice appointed to the Court of Nine to be the final adjudicant on the validity of law made by Congress. It is a proven fact that while acting in the position of Solicitor General, an Executive Branch position,  for Great Leader that Ms. Kagan did act in a manner that would be considered as lobbying for ObamaCare in her capacity in that position of great influence. This story was covered here:

( – The House Judiciary Committee is launching an inquiry to probe the involvement that Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan had in “health care legislation or litigation” when she was serving as President Barack Obama’s solicitor general and was responsible for defending the administration’s position in federal court cases.

The inquiry will look at whether Kagan is required by law to recuse herself from judging cases challenging President Obama’s health-care law and whether her answers to questions posed by the Senate Judiciary Committee during her confirmation process were accurate.

and continues>

Here fact ends and my opinion begins for it’s my position in belief that Great Leader’s appointment of her was with great intent as she could be the deciding vote in validating ObamaCare against any high court challenge that was certain to come and very likely prior to NOvember 2012. Seizing government control of the US health care delivery system is endemic to the progressive agenda and socialist influences. It was the first strategy in the socialism one-two punch offense. The second was Cap and Trade, which failed, but is still being pursued via piecemeal legislation and Executive Branch agency directive and regulation issuances.

In politics there is only strategy, not coincidence. It’s the dirtiest game around and played for all the marbles all the time. In that prior position Kagan is likely the most conversant person sitting on that court in the minutia of hidden and vague detail in that law. This puts her in a position of being able to handle herself very well in deliberation with other justices and to subliminally, if not directly, influence their thinking. We all know how much text is involved and even for the law clerks of the high court justices translating them to lucid familiarity and relationship to all prior precedents in law is a withering task. It’s likely another reason why this law was drafted in the lengthy and confusing, constant intra-referential construction manner that it was. Anticipation of a future challenge. In and of itself, that manner is suggestive of the commitment of outside influences aligned well prior to Obama’s election having anticipated his election. There is no way, if you’ve had the great displeasure of trying to read the original bill as I have, that such could have been assembled in the time between his election and it’s submission as legislation. Most people fail to think back and grasp that perception. To make that case I went to my files and dug out this titled article include at the source noted(1) and under the title:

The HC Monstrosity-All 1,018 Pages

If you read and verify this analysis of the original intent of this bill the end goal of malicious intent becomes very obvious.

I intend to follow-up on this inquiry and we all should keep a little file set aside with our representatives’ email contacts and advise them to keep the pressure on to pursue this to a conclusion and not allow the inquiry to die in committee neglect. Forcing her recusal would be a significant victory not to be underestimated as to end effect in adjudicating ObamaCare.

If you agree please consider passing the link to this topic to your mailing lists. It’s how we activate the influence of the ‘net!

We have a major moral issue brewing in America today. The issue is thatthe vast majority of people considered ‘leaders’ (i.e. political, social, educational and even religious leaders) in America have strayed a longway from the moral teachings of the One true God of the Bible and havereplaced the wisdom of God with the foolishness of man’s wisdom. TheFounding Fathers who established this amazing country did not relysolely on their wisdom to establish America’s rules and laws. They wereon their knees daily seeking the very face of God as they sought His wisdom as they triedto establish this country.

Now this once great country has never been perfect. The people who worked night and dayfor years to establish this country’s rules and guidelines were imperfect sinners. However, these people did not establish this country without biblically based moral convictions.I am not going to list the hundreds of moral quotes and biblical convictions that thesepeople had. However, I will list a few in order to help the ignorant. (I know a lot of yougovernment educated people were deceived by anti-God, anti-American teachers whonever taught you the truth about the biblical founding of this country.) I would encourageany of the rest of you anti-God, anti-American liberals who have more brains than aFrench fry to do a little research and see that our Founding Fathers clearly saw the absolutenecessity of running their newly established government on biblical principles.

John Adams 2nd U.S. President and Signer of the Declaration of Independence

“The second day of July, 1776, will be the most memorable epoch in the history ofAmerica. I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated by succeeding generationsas the great anniversary Festival. It ought to be commemorated, as the Dayof Deliverance, by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty. It ought to besolemnized with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires and illuminations, from one end of this continent to the other, from thistime forward forever.”

–Adams wrote this in a letter to his wife, Abigail, on July 3, 1776.

The brilliant men who founded this nation clearly saw that if this Christian nation (i.e. her people) strayed from the absolute moral truths of the Bible (has it has today) and instead tries to establish its own unbiblical ‘do whatever feels good or whatever the people want’morals, it would not be long before the entire American governmental system would fail!

1st U.S. President George Washington

“While we are zealously performing the duties of good citizens and soldiers,we certainly ought not to be inattentive to the higher duties of religion. To thedistinguished character of Patriot, it should be our highest glory to add the moredistinguished character of Christian.”

–The Writings of Washington, pp. 342-343.

America is at a moral crossroads. Even though there is a group of genuinely political patriots trying to resolve this nation’s economic problems it will not last without also re-establishing America’s moral compass. The leaders in this nation must once again publically put the Divine One (who initially helped establish this country) back on His throne in America.

Without the Lord being the Head of this nation we will never beable to re-establish this once great country’s place of political and social superiority. Simply trying to re-establish economic morals in this country will not accomplish that! Abalanced and fiscally responsible budget is great, but it will never succeed if we do not also re-establish this nation’s social and spiritual heritage.

As a nation, we must stoplistening to the promiscuous cries of a sinful people (who desire nothing more than to livein their wanton pleasures) when we try to establish biblically moral laws and rules in thisnation. If this nation is going to survive, American loving patriots needs to publicly rebuke the historically ignorant idiots who cry out, “Separation of church and state” everytime moral people try to establish moral accountability in our government. (P.S. There isnothing in our constitution which demands that our government keep religion out of itseveryday practices.

From day one our country’s governmental buildings were adornedwith Bible verses and moral quotes. The political leaders of this land constantly quoted the Bible as they talked to their people. It is only in recent times thathuman secularists (people who deem themselves smarter and wiser than our FoundingFathers) have tried to push God out of our government. It is only in recent times that anti-God atheists have tried to mislead people into believing that the Lord of the Bible does notbelong in any aspects of our government. I would love to run these secular miscreants outof the country. I would love to silence their arrogant, deceiving mouths. Unfortunately I cannot.

This is the problem: If these miscreants are American citizens they have to right tolive here; they have the right to freedom of speech; have the right to their own opinions;they even have the right to thrust their views on others. And as a result when we allowamoral, immoral and unprincipled people to live and rule in a country (that is supposed tobe running on God’s moral absolutes) they will always end up doing what is right (i.e. self-
pleasing and self-satisfying) in their own eyes. The God of the Bible does not play a partin the decision making process for amoral or immoral secularists. If a majority of them want to kill a baby in a mother’s womb they will push for legalization of it. If a majority ofthese types of people want to legalize drugs, homosexuality, gay marriage, underage sex, polygamy, etc. etc. it will only be a matter of time before it happens. After all, if God’sWord is not going to be used as the litmus test for what is moral what will be used? There is nothing else to use but the feelings and opinions of a sinful people. And if we human sare left to decide what feels right or wrong we will never have moral absolutes. (P.S. Jesus said that people (left to themselves) like the darkness rather than the Light.) As the peoplein a nation become more and more immoral, it will not be long before that country’s lawsbecome more and more immoral. If we are not going to use the absolute moral truths ofGod’s Word as our gauge, then it will be soon be anything goes because who are wehumans to judge the morals of another? If we as a nation are not going to use perfectly thedesigned and authored Word of God to determine right from wrong then who or what willdecide what is right from wrong? Again, without the hindsight and knowledge of God’sWord there is nothing to stop amoral and immoral people from passing laws which makethe most wicked and vile things imaginable ‘legal.’

John Adams in a speech to the military in 1798 warned his fellow countrymenstating, “We have no government armed with power capable of contending withhuman passions unbridled by morality and religion . . . Our Constitution was madeonly for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government ofany other.”

Those of us who are truly concerned about this nation must see and agree to repair notonly America’s economic issues but also her moral issues. America the nation needsto repent of her tolerance of sin. The God of the Bible tells us that not only are thingslike: lying, cheating, stealing and greed wrong, but so are socially acceptable things like:adultery, casual and flippant divorces, fornication, witchcraft, mind altering drug abuseand drunkenness, etc. If those who are trying to re-establish this nation politically are notwilling to publically and privately re-establish this nation biblically, they will fail—nomatter how good or sincere their intentions.

“I am a real Christian – that is to say, a disciple of the doctrines of Jesus Christ.”
–The Writings of Thomas Jefferson, p. 385.

As I said before, this nation was not established out of a vacuum. This nation did nothappen by accident. All true fundamental Christians believe the hand of God playedan incredible part in establishing America the Nation. And what was the reason God supernaturally intervened? The people trying to establish America were continuallygoing to God in prayer as they sought His wisdom in establishing America’s rules and
regulations. (Again, I am not going to debate the idea of how biblical and God-searching America’s Founding Fathers were. It is a no-brainer historical fact. Research it yourself or keep your mouth shut!)

Patrick Henry Ratifier of the U.S. Constitution

“It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation wasfounded, not by religionists, but by Christians; not on religions, but on the gospelof Jesus Christ. For this very reason peoples of other faiths have been affordedasylum, prosperity, and freedom of worship here.”
“The Bible … is a book worth more than all the other books that were ever printed.”
–The Trumpet Voice of Freedom: Patrick Henry of Virginia, p. iii.
–Sketches of the Life and Character of Patrick Henry, p. 402.

A Bible based godly peer pressure needs to be re-established once again in America.People need to understand the freedom and liberty without biblical morality leadshedonism! If sinful people are given absolute freedom and liberty without moral absolutesanarchy and moral depravity will eventually lead to not only the individual destruction ofpeople but also to national destruction of that country. We once again need to have peoplein America see that acts like adultery, fornicators, casual divorce and unwed pregnanciesare shameful things. I am afraid that a large percentage of conservative, God-fearingAmericans really do not want to go back to using the Bible as America’s moral compass.(I hope I am wrong!) I know conservative patriotic people and politicians who wantto ‘right the economic ship’ in America. My concern (as a constitutional Christian), is dothese same people also want to ‘right’ America’s moral ship using the absolute morals ofGod’s Word or are they going to continue to tolerate the foolish psycho-babble doctrinesand philosophies of sinful humanists?

This country needs to stop ‘encouraging’ and/or promoting pornography as a freedomof speech. It is destroying the moral fiber of our children! How stupid have a peoplebecome when they ‘see’ pornography as an American freedom or right to free speech?True patriotic Americans needs to shout from the streets that liberty and freedom aredemoralizing and destructive in a society where the moral absolutes of God’s Word arenot only ignored but ‘legally’ stifled! Patriotic Americans need to re-establish the idea thatit is no longer going to be socially acceptable to use illegal or mind-altering drugs (whichwould include casually using illegal drugs for ‘medical’ reasons) and prescription drugs astools of pleasure. In the Bible the Lord uses words like witchcraft, sorcery and drug usagesynonymously. America has become a society of dope-heads. There are very few familiesin America these days that have not seen the devastating effects of mind altering illegal orlegal drugs.

More Americans need to understand the absolute absurdity in pushing God out of ourcountry. Who would have ever thought that there would be a day in America when Godwould be pushed out of our country’s government arena? Do these anti-religious idiotsreally comprehend how stupid they look in the eyes of God? These anti-Bible Americansthink that things like the Bible and God are a joke or fairy-tale. These secular foolsactually believe they are smarter than the One who created them!

Why do you call Me Lord and not do as I say?
American loving citizens need to see that America is in a fight for her very survival! This once God-loving, Bible-preaching country is going the way of other once greatChristian nations which went secular—into moral and economic decay! The Bible saysthat the nation which fears God will prosper in all that it does. God promises to honorthose societies or nations that honor His moral code. On the other hand, the same Biblesays that the Lord laughs at those societies and/or nations which fall to ruin because theydevised ways that were not God’s ways. The Bible says that God is not mocked. Whatevera person/society/nation sows it what it will reap. Well look at the moral mess we havein America today! The sacred God-given sacrament of marriage is no longer consideredsacred but an option. We have over fifty types of sexually transmitted diseases beingpassed around these days. These are a result of immoral freedoms and liberties! Americahas become a society where a large percentage of Americans see nothing wrong withripping a living baby out of its mother’s womb and throwing it in the garbage like a pieceof rotten meat. This one, vile, disgusting legalized baby killing practice gives God enoughreason to wipe America off the map!

The bottom line is that if America the Nation continues to push the One true God ofthe Bible out of its everyday governmental practices God will leave us to our owndemise. And it will not be long before this country becomes as decadent as Sodom andGomorrah—just as Jesus said.

Thomas Jefferson

“The only foundation for useful education in a republic is to be laid in religion.”

As President, Thomas Jefferson not only signed bills which appropriated financial support forchaplains in Congress and in the armed services, but he also signed the Articles of War, April10, 1806, in which he:
“Earnestly recommended to all officers and soldiers, diligently to attend divineservices.”

Our American constitution and our Bill of Rights are amazing documents. However, they do not even come close to the incredibly perfect Word of God! A lot of very wiseand intelligent human beings worked night and day for years to establish these amazingdocuments. However, these wonderfully crafted humanistic documents do not come closeto the unfathomable depth of the writings of the Bible. Man, even at the highest secularlevels of intelligence do not come close to the wisdom of God.

John Adams2nd U.S. President and Signer of the Declaration of Independence

“Suppose a nation in some distant Region should take the Bible for their onlylaw Book, and every member should regulate his conduct by the precepts thereexhibited! Every member would be obliged in conscience, to temperance, frugality, and industry; to justice, kindness, and charity towards his fellow men; and to piety, love, and reverence toward Almighty God … What a Utopia, what a Paradisewould this region be.”
–Diary and Autobiography of John Adams, Vol. III, p. 9.

So again, freedom and liberty are wonderful gifts from God—when we are not using thosefreedoms and liberties to do whatever we like instead of what God wants.

You almost had it right Joe.

The sitting Vice-President Joe Biden said “This is not your father’s Republican Party.”(1) I was almost ready to congratulate the pretentious old fart if only mister half-*ssed hadn’t only gotten it half right. In his current “stump speech” this line from the one and the same old Joe Biden who…

…withdrew from the 1988 presidential race after being discovered “delivering, without attribution, passages from a speech by British Labor party leader Neil Kinnock… a serious plagiarism incident involving Biden during his law school years; the senator’s boastful exaggerations of his academic record at a New Hampshire campaign event; and the discovery of other quotations in Biden’s speeches pilfered from past Democratic politicians.(2)

…proved to have displayed all the necessary and mendacious Oba-like qualities to qualify him to his current position.

He has it right in perception if we go back to our true conservatives influences and can wrest control of that party away from the all too willing to capitulate-by-compromise RINOs. I’ll make a big presumption here and say that generally we conservatives believe that we are the influence that is reaching out to pull the Republican Party back to it’s conservative roots of our  “father’s Republican Party”. Political compromise is essential to accurately representing the people…all of the people, but PRINCIPLES are NEVER for COMPROMISING to attain a pragmatic end. RINOS wouldn’t know a principle if it was staring them in the eye!

The real start for this shift in viewing America as a sovereign entity, totally in control of  her own manifest destiny, was corrupted during the reign of The Prodigal Prez, William Jefferson ‘Bubba’ Clinton. The lone voice crying out against this was he whom I came to call The Reluctant Candidate, Ross Perot. [see video source>] (3) To be sure BOTH parties enabled this. The Democrats, the former “loyal opposition”, had already morphed in the demonRATic party and the left-leaning influence of RINOs was already in motion in the Republican Party then tugging towards the left. The McCain influence was being felt. Necessary to any discussion of partisanship in American politics is to define what a conservative ‘in geberal’ merans. I’ve come to state it this way. Conservatives are those who support the view of a “traditional values” America guided by a loyalty to the “original intent” interpetation of our Constitution. Traditional values are those  basic values that remained present in our policy-making and law up to and including the immediate post-WWII era. After that a very subtle influence shift started to take place.  In the post Korean War era progressive education as a policy started to entrench itself into our elementary school curriculum planning.(4) I’ve always preferred to transalte that codeword phrase of “proigressive education” to a more understandable “diversity restructuring agenda”. That’s where the original strength of the that American Melting Pot era has the social engineers separating diverse groups into separate “target groups” by which they’ll identify themselves and perceive themselves, over time, as “victims” to enable a political agenda of subliminal coercive influence of groups of voters into which they’ve sown the seeds of envy and discontent. My opinion strictly, but one that can be borne out by a fair examination of history.

I have a habit of saving files around the times of national elections. They provide interesting historical perspective later on in the not so immediate future, when they become much harder to dig up. So it may soon be with this source> (5), which should be read in it’s entirety, and this excerpt:

McCain had initially wanted Joe Lieberman. The two senators were fellow romantics, deeply imbued with a sense of righteousness and honor. In mid-August, when NEWSWEEK’s editor Jon Meacham was interviewing McCain aboard the campaign plane, the discussion turned to “The Winds of War,” Herman Wouk’s mega-bestseller about World War II. The main character, a naval commander named Pug Henry, was a favorite of McCain’s. As it turned out, Lieberman—sitting just across the aisle and listening in on the NEWSWEEK interview—was a friend of Herman Wouk. “Let’s go see Herman!” Lieberman piped up. “Yes!” exclaimed McCain. The two began planning a road trip out to Wouk’s California home. “We can shake the money tree,” McCain cackled (Wouk lives among the wealthy in Palm Springs, Calif.). McCain loved to travel with Lieberman, a fellow maverick who had stood fast on Iraq, nearly at the cost of his Senate seat in liberal Connecticut. McCain’s other traveling buddy, Lindsey Graham, urged McCain to pick Lieberman, still a nominal Democrat, as a way to show that McCain put country over party label—and as a way to answer the Democrats’ choice of the first African-American presidential nominee. “We’ve got to match history with history,” Graham declared.

Much as we conservatives like to show unity we know that the second Bush term was catastrophic for the Republican Party. “W”…, the Compassionate Conservative, capitulating to the “globalism” agenda that his father and grandfather before him supported, exacerbated the southern border problem this nation had turned a blind eye to for years. And he, with John McCain as his willing enabler, set about promoting an Open Borders and Shamnesty policy as the goal of this sovereign republic. Ironic that he whom many of us saw as a conservative, albeit “compassionate conservative” influence, would be the one who became the big federal free-spender and actually enabled the Oba-agenda.

That was, in and of itself, bad enough as a national policy, but it gets worse. At the same time Joe Biden and his kind of leftist demonRATs, the new left Democratic Party, were mounting it’s assault upon our Constitution. In every administration they controlled they set about ‘stacking the system’ with judges in positions of great authority within the federal appeals court system and the results would become obvious(6) only later. This was out of the headlights glare as their nominations to the Court of Nine, SCOTUS, got all the attention. Yesterday’s seeds sown were bearing today’s despicable judiciary harvest. The average citizen doesn’t and didn’t pay attention to where these SCOTUS nominees were coming from. In the modern era it can be shown that by control of the courts the demonRATs set about an agenda, albeit never formally announced, of a b-r-o-a-d interpretation of the “original intent “ meaning of “implied powers” in our Constitution. It came to be called “legislating from the bench”. Original intent was that implied powers were defined as only those necessary to bring enumerated (or granted powers) into law. Not so anymore!

Yep Joe…you almost had it right, but you missed by some 230+ years.

Patriotism and The Draft

After viewing this video, sent to me by a good friend…

…I was reminded of the reality that now in America, the FEW are bearing the burden of responsibility of the MANY. Since principle bereft and weak-kneed politicians caved in and made the draft an obsolete thing of the past our National Guard and Reservists have been assuming the responsibility of the citizen soldier.(1) So now, especially since Viet Nam, we have a generation of young people for whom a sense of patriotism is alien. It is no coincidence the draft was abandoned in 1973 in large part due to protests and a general belief that the draft was unfair. It was a political backlash reaction to the end of the Vietnam War.

Ironically, the latest efforts to get a draft law passed originated with the sleazy Chales Rangel (D-NY), recently disgraced congressman. That was just last year and it had NO co-sponsors and died in committee. Before that he tried passing the same bill in 2007 and it went down to a resounding defeat in the House by a 402 to 2 vote.

I’ve posted my own plan in the past and have it saved. I’ll probably post it as a new topic for discussion soon. Not a draft as we knew in the past with too many loophole exceptions, but a plan titled Compulsory Military Service.

I always hearken back a few short years to that comment by the lead singer of the Texas-based Dixie Twits(Chicks) who wondered aloud overseas no less….”The entire country (US) may disagree with me, but I don’t understand the necessity for patriotism. Why do you have to be a patriot? About what? This land is our land? Why? You can like where you live and like your life, but, as for loving the whole country … I don’t see why people care about patriotism.”(2)

For many older Americans she voiced then what we believed too many young people felt. An ignorance about what patriotism is all about. That in America one has an inherent civic obligation as We the People to take pride in what we have created, be ever vigilant to threats from without and within or risk loosing it all. Not unexpectedly to me, we now are approaching that crossroads marker for the survival of this representative democracy we call a constitutional republic dated Election Day 2012.

Your Fourth Amendment Rights Are Hanging in the Balance.

The Fourth Amendment

On Monday June 13th, there was another vote in Cedar Falls, Iowa on Ordinance #2740 – an unfunded mandate that FORCES citizens to provide a key to their home or business to the city. The key is to be placed in a lock box that City Officials and Firemen will have access to.

The mandate applies to apartments, some rental houses, and all businesses.

It passed, five to one.  FIVE to ONE.

Again, our rights as free citizens are being compromised for our safety.

Precious fellow citizens, I was shocked while watching the youtube video (below) to see that there were very few people in attendance at the May 23rd meeting. If this is affecting apartment dwellers, why would the room, hallways, and parking lots NOT be overflowing?

Are citizens not taking this news seriously?

What alarms me the most, after watching this video, and after reading the facts, is the attitude of the members of council. They have an idea that protecting the citizens of their city somehow includes the right to have a key to their home or business.

They have the mistaken notion that the right to privacy must be violated in order to protect a citizen, not from an inevitable occurrence, but from something that might happen…Maybe.

The city’s fire chief, John Schilling, rambles a bit on the “speculation” of the constitutionality of this mandate and states that the judiciary system has never addressed whether it is or isn’t constitutional.

Allow me to express, sir, that it isn’t constitutional, and those of you in your positions, including the council,  should know that without ever having to take it to a judge. If you can read, then you can probably discover that you are treading on dangerous ground that is nothing more than a slippery slope that puts our rights at risk. Yes, OUR. Do not think that your tiny mandate will not have impact across the state, and eventually the country.

As for Councilman Kamyar Enshayan, He is an arrogant man, full of himself and apparently of the power he feels belongs to him. When it is his turn to speak he offers many “what if” scenarios like:

“Let’s say something happens in a building,” {note the vagueness} whether there are people in there or not, an alarm goes to the fire department and the fire crew arrives.  …Could be a false alarm,  so do you want them to tear down everything to go in there and find out there is nothing, or, if you’re out of town, they should just wait around.”

Okay, does he even hear himself talking here?
Does he really think the firemen will “wait around” before going in to a home to investigate a fire? Allow me to assure you, Councilman Enshayan, no one is going to break a door down unless they see smoke and flames. No one is going to  “wait around” vacillating back and forth on whether or not there is someone in danger. They will take action if there is a fire, and if there isn’t, insurance coverage will take care of it. What on earth is your real motive, sir?

And since we are discussing hypothetical situations, I have a few of my own.

What If, there is no false alarm? I guess life will go on just like it always does, only a citizen is out of town wondering which council member or city official is in their living room watching cable and having a sandwich at their expense.

What if  no one is out of town? I guess that there will be no reason to break a door down.

What if there is a fire in an apartment building? Does anyone reading this really think a competent fireman is going to stand outside and rummage through the lock box for the appropriate keys, or get down to business?

He goes on to say:

“The merits of an idea does not depend on the number of the people who hold that idea.”

That is correct sir, slavery was a “good idea” that had no merit whatsoever, even though a majority of people in the south thought it did.  Unlimited access to an American citizen’s home is not a good idea either, no matter how many of you on the council thinks it is. The merit of the idea does not depend on number; Correct. It depends on whether or not it is logical, honors the Constitution of this nation, and the rights of the good citizens who are fortunate enough to live here.

He also states:

“If something is unsafe, we, the elected officials of this city, will do everything we can in the best of our abilities to protect the citizens….It doesn’t matter how many people are in this room, {addressing the fact that a citizen promised more people would rise up to protest} we have to protect everyone.” {italics, mine}

Well, that’s a lofty goal, Councilman Enshayan. Are you now going to promise each and every college girl a body guard so they won’t be mugged or raped? It might happen, you know.
What if something happens? It is now your job to protect them from what may happen, (your words, sir). While you are at it, let’s find lifeguards for every swimming pool in the city, even private residential homes, because something might happen. And we can go on and on…
Your points are not logical!

I don’t hear a man who is wanting to watch out for his neighbors and their families. I hear a man who is puffed up with pride, offering flimsy reasons for such a drastic ordinance, and quite frankly, a man who cares more for the cost of a broken-down door than he does the rights of the men and women he was elected to serve.

I would like to applaud Councilman Nick Taiber for being the only man on council who remembers what our Constitutional rights are all about. He is a man who stood against the majority; he is nobility lived out before us. I encourage anyone reading this article to write, call, or email him to encourage him.

There is more at work here than the concern for broken doors and citizens coming home from out of town to find a mess.

I leave it to you, good reader, to develop your own conclusions, and once you have pondered the matter, do something about it.  You don’t have to live in Cedar Falls, Iowa to be a voice that stands up for a fellow American Citizen’s rights. I encourage you to make a phone call, write an email, and help your American brothers and sisters.

Cedar Falls City Council Meeting May 23rd, 2011

The Public Trust and It’s Violation Thereof

Obamas Kinder Gentler WarExcuse me whilst I lash The One to the mainmast of our noble Ship of State for the appropriate scarring.

Here we have the vision of The False Messiah usurper President who came to power decrying with strident oratorical regularity his Republican predecessor on foreign policy decisions. As candidate Obama he criticized Bush for neglecting Afghanistan in favor of Iraq. An easy hindsight criticism when Bush had gotten himself already involved in a full-out war in Iraq, whether one agrees or disagrees with that initiative. So what does the Oba-maniac do when he assumes power? He tries to take credit for the Bush committed withdrawal of troops from Iraq and triples the number of American troops from 31,000, when Bush left office, to over 100,000 in early 2010.

This is the same guy who demanded that we return our troops home from Iraq.

You can’t have it both ways Barack baby! You can’t loudly and with great regularity besmirch Bush’s effort in Iraq and then enjoin his “nation-building” venture in Afghanistan after you take his place by propping up the same criminal punkass leader Karzai, tripling our troop commitment and continue doing so even after the mission to get Osama bin Laden is completed. Why should good Americans die trying to kill all the Taliban? For this!
Building roads? What are we now…some sort of international aid machine supported by the US taxpayers without their direct consent? The federal government in the person of congress has become so out of touch with the public that it’s shameful. Let those nations that believe in the UN New World Order get them to fund this “nation-building” under the UN aegis. That would be some comic relief anyway.

Congressional appropriations committees need to read “The Cost of Reaction: The Long-Term Costs of Short-Term Cures” by Andrew Sweet and Natalie Ondiak.

I’m a veteran and sick of seeing American Presidents who seek to establish another democracy in some backwards, third world cesspool that time has forgotten as their historical legacy and do it on the backs and lives of good, brave Americans. Our responsibility as the so-called leader of the free world is to promote freedom in the form of democracy where the people of a nation have taken the first steps to indicate they are ready to assume that responsibility and where a tyrannical ruler is preventing that.

In Afghanistan we have a medieval society existing in a modern world. It hasn’t changed much in a millenium. The people have no conception of freedom and are not ready to assume responsibility for their own futures. They have no economy aside from poppies and drug manufacturing. Our aide has become their economy and how it is used is not accounted for, yet we continue to pour money into that cesspool of despair. Propping up a thug, because he is perceived as the lesser of two evils is incompetent and mirrors all our past Middle East policy that has us hated there.

For those who voted for this moron I would submit that one reason they did so is to get us out of that cesspool and he is only digging us in deeper. Obama has violated those voter’s trust.

Last November in a Quinnipiac poll, Democrats by a 52% to 33% margin said we shouldn’t be involved in Afghanistan. Independents were 45% to 40% against that involvement. According to a new Washington Post/ABC News Poll 49% disapprove of his handling of Afghanistan.

This defines acting against the public trust. They voted for him to get us out and he’s doing the reverse. WE trust our elected representatives to be good financial stewards of tax revenues we pay and they urinate money about like an incontinent drunkard. Is that acting in the public interest…, in the public trust?

I’ve been in the Republican minority opposing our involvement in that country. I opposed it because it defines nation-building which I despise, and is the foreign policy markerpost for the malcontents to chide us as the ugly American. Efforts like Afghanistan are NOT making the world safe for democracy. It was a nation in name only with no ruling government, only tribal leaders who ruled by force and intimidation. Under our stewardship is has become a parasite dependent totally upon us for it’s economic survival. How stupid are our elected leaders?

$36 Billion: Amount the United States is spending on military action in Afghanistan annually.

$10.4 Billion: Amount of aid the United States pledged for development in Afghanistan from 2002 to 2008. The United States provides a third of all development aid to Afghanistan.

There was no single despotic authority brutalizing the people only tribal warlords who have been the only leadership that sorry excuse for a nation ever knew. WE installed a leader to enable building a national rule and government. WE installed a puppet in exchange for the right to pull his strings, nothing more. That is not our responsibility and is wrong. WE are using getting the Taliban as an excuse.

There is no mission there of true national security interest to us, so we’d best stop waving our patriotic flag insisting that there is.
