President Trump to Return to the White House Monday Evening
President Donald Trump will be released from Walter Reed today as his condition continues to improve after testing positive for COVID-19.
Dr. Sean Conley, Physician to the President, said that Trump actually met discharge requirements on Sunday and due to the fact that the White House medical office is staffed around-the-clock, it is safe to have him return.
The president’s schedule was updated at 5:15 p.m. EDT to reflect his return to the White House Monday evening.
The president will board Marine One at 6:30 p.m. for a 10-minute ride to the South Lawn of the White House.
