Is Post-Obama America Becoming Heathenistic and Cultish?
In ancient Indian and Egyptian religions, transformation ceremonies were common as humans believed they could become buffalo or lions. In that context, one fears we are seeing too much similarity to this transformative aspect of ancient cultures with today’s leftist trend toward self-identity.
Are these heathenistic beliefs, in a post-Obama America, causing “progressive” Democrats to join the ranks of heathens with their ideas of self-identity, their rejection of duly passed laws, and their push for legal drug use as a way of overcoming the pain and disappointment at the turn the nation has taken with a truly “transformative” President, by the name of Donald Trump, who is helping America overcome the leftist, debasing swing of the old Obama administration?
Drug use has always been popular with those who are unable to deal with the real world they find themselves in, but the recent self-identity crisis of Democrats, who seem to believe they are something other than what they were born as, or who at least want to fool themselves into believing they are something different, is of concern. And their leftist pals, who are also afloat in a world they don’t like, don’t understand and can’t cope with, go along with the self-identity farce of their weakest associates and do nothing to try to make them accept and improve on reality.
Ancient societies have used masks and drugs, as today’s youth use tattoos and marijuana to pretend they are transforming themselves, when all they are doing is destroying the stable, prosperous society they were born into, because all such heathenistic societies did, in fact, disappear, often violently.
