It is well-written – but you could tell that it was satire when he used the phrase, “bureaucratic efficiency”. The realism was almost too much, when he started naming the worst of the left’s “brain trust” as supporters of the bogus act.
Well written satire… I almost took it seriously because of all the other ridiculous things coming out of congress as of late.
