JetBlue COO Apologizes For People Being Trapped On Planes (via YouTube)

Do you remember how several people were trapped on a JetBlue flight (with poorly-functioning toiletes, no less)?  It seems that their COO sees this as a big enough deal to release this “apology” video.

What do you guys think?  Is this apology warranted, because people were trapped on a plane for seven hours?  Or are they crybabies, and this was much ado about nothing?  Let us know in the comments below, or on Facebook.  It’s your choice, ya know.

    That Jet Blue delayed flight would be just dandy if only OWS protesters were on board. In fact, wouldn’t have been an issue at all. They like to talk nonsense to themselves, poop up the place and 7 hours would give them plenty of time to stink up the cabin.
