SCOTUS Rules Biden Admin Must Keep Trump-Era Border Policy In Place
The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday in favor of Republican states asking to keep Title 42, a Trump-era policy used to expel certain illegal immigrants to prevent the spread of COVID-19, in place.
In a 5-4 decision, the high court forces the Biden administration to keep Title 42 amid record surges of illegal immigration at the southern border. Federal authorities encountered more than 2.3 million migrants in fiscal year 2022.
The Biden administration believed that ending the policy would bring roughly 14,000 illegal immigrants a day, according to Axios.
A federal judge previously ruled that the policy must end Dec. 21. Republican states asked the Supreme Court to intervene a day before the policy would expire, arguing that the recent decision would lead to a harmful surge in illegal immigration.
The Supreme Court justices will hear arguments in February to consider whether to fully scrap the policy beyond the pause. Until then, the Biden administration must continue to expel a number of illegal immigrants based on their country of origin.
Venezuelans coming to the U.S. illegally were the latest group of migrants to be expelled under the policy, which has resulted in the expulsion of over 2 million illegal immigrants, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Yep. And they are coming from all over the world, not just Mexico or Guatemala; from Yemen, from Syria, from Africa, from Haiti, etc., etc.. All while we, the taxpayers, are expected to send endless billions (over 100 billion so far) to support Ukraine’s “sovereignty and territorial Integrity”. But here, we have exactly ZERO sovereignty and territorial integrity, with a completely open border that lets in millions and millions of unvaccinated, illegals; including criminals, cartels, terrorists (over 90 caught so far) and the Chinese made fentanyl that kills more than a hundred thousand Americans every single year. And, oh yeah, we are also going to use our tax dollars to give them medical assistance, housing, educate them and eventually provide them social security. All while the government bankrupts you with their inflation causing, out of control money printing. It’s all part of the Democratic plan to destroy our culture, our history, and install themselves in power in perpetuity; knowing that the immigrants and the ignorants among us will always vote for more “fee stuff”, that is always promised and never delivered. Just like they did in China, in Russia, in Cuba, in Venezuela, and now in Brazil and in every other Socialist/Communist state in history.
The illegals are not just coming from Mexico and Honduras, they’re coming from Yemen and China, Africa, Syria, and Haiti, etc., etc.. They’re coming from all over the world because they know our border is wide open. At the same time we, the taxpayers, are expected to send endless billions (over a 100 billion so far) to protect the “sovereignty and territorial integrity” of Ukraine. One of the most corrupt countries in Europe that has never been in our national security interest. All while we have exactly ZERO “sovereignty and territorial integrity” here with a completely open border. An open border that lets in millions and millions of unvaccinated illegals; including criminals, cartels, terrorists (over 90 caught so far) and the Chinese made fentanyl that kills over a hundred thousand Americans citizens every single year.
And, oh yeah, we the taxpayers are going to have to eventually pay for their housing, their medical care, their education and eventually even their social security. This, while your government continues to bankrupt the American middle class by their out of control money printing which drives the ever increasing inflation. All because the Democrats want to be in power in perpetuity because they know that all the immigrants and American ignorants will always vote for more “free stuff” that they will always promise and never deliver. Just like China, Russia, Cuba, Venezuela and now Brazil and every other Socialist/Communist state in history.
