  1. This is another version of a Flat Tax.
    Not all income earners will be taxed. Only the ones earning 2X the poverty level which means about 30% instead of 47% will not have to pay income taxes.
    Will the value of government payments for things like child care, housing, medicaid, obamaphones, heating subsidies, food stamps, EV tax credits, disability payments, unemployment payments….be added to the income? If they were, these people, many of whom presently do not pay any income taxes, would be in the middle class and will have to pay taxes.
