Just Say No: Mandates and How to Stop Them
“When all other rights are taken away, the right of rebellion is made perfect.”—Thomas Paine
Every day, there’s new news to discuss with regards to “vaccine” mandates.
We recently reported on a federal appeals court reinstating the Biden regime’s mandate on employers with over 100 employees. That decision has been appealed to the Supreme Court which, as the Liberty Loft pointed out, puts “the case in jeopardy” thanks in large part to Justices Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh siding with the court’s left twice voting against religious exemptions.
In military mandate news, 27 Air Force personnel have been discharged.
Life Site News reported: “Air Force spokesperson Ann Stefanek said the discharges may have had other contributing factors as well, but vaccination refusal was a factor in all of them. Every terminated airman had served for less than six years.”
Other military servicemen have sued the Department of Defense (DOD), and in a Nov. 12 order Judge Allen Winsor, of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, effectively ruled that the jabs can’t be mandated at this time.
That Nov. 12 ruling actually denied the servicemen’s request for preliminary injunction with a Sept. 14 hearing scheduled, but Winsor wrote “the DOD cannot mandate vaccines that only have an EUA,” or emergency use authorization.
There are no shots in use that are not EUA. Pfizer’s Comirnaty, which is licensed, is not in use which Winsor noted that the DOD is using the EUA jabs, not Comirnaty.
But consider this, if you can’t mandate medical experimentation on the military, you can’t mandate it on anyone. The military has a long history of experimenting on soldiers with no judicial oversight.
By the way, the pharmaceutical companies implicitly admit their jabs are dangerous as they worry about liability. Reuters reported: “Tens of millions of migrants may be denied COVID-19 vaccines from a global programme because some major manufacturers are worried about legal risks from harmful side effects, according to officials and internal documents from Gavi, the charity operating the programme, reviewed by Reuters.”
How about the state of mandates in Conservative, Inc.?
Recently, I wrote about the COVID tyrants’ push to end privacy. I pointed out that Fox News required proof of jab to attend its recent “Patriot Awards.” It was complete with “color-coded wristbands.”
Life Site News reported that Newsmax, which claims to be conservative, recently held a holiday party where they required proof of being shot.
The party was held in New York which Newsmax used as an excuse. Newsmax stated: “New York City … mandated a vaccination card for entry to restaurants and public venues. Newsmax has no company mandate for vaccinations, though we encourage our staff to get vaccinated.”
So, here’s a question? Why did you hold it in NYC then? Why didn’t you hold it in NYC and resist the mandate?
Earlier, Newsmax sent an email to staff that they must submit their vax status to comply with the Biden regime but later claimed it was to inform them of the “upcoming federal rule.” But don’t worry, if you don’t get jabbed Newsmax is fine with mandating you take a phony PCR test to keep the casedemic going.
Then there’s John Nolte at Breitbart. Nolte doesn’t like the mandates. Why? Because the mandates cause distrust and lead to conservatives not taking it. Nolte wants conservatives to take the shot because he trust’s the government data and the “safe and effective” lie.
“When I think of the unvaccinated lying there dying, being told by their doctor, ‘Sorry, there’s nothing more we can do to get enough oxygen to your lungs,’ I don’t laugh. My heart breaks for that person. Imagine lying there dying thinking that all you had to do was get the Trump Vaccine,” Nolte wrote.
The reason for reporting all of this is to say don’t put your trust in anyone else to stop the mandates. The power is ours if we want it. (RELATED: Call to Action: How to Fight COVID Authoritarianism)
The only solution is for individuals to say no. And we must stand together as in the words of Benjamin Franklin: “We must all hang together, or most assuredly, we will al hang separately.”
