Can We Enjoy the Holidays or Not?

A high-pressure system surrounding us puts a damper on the merriest of merrymakers. Christmas 2021 may be better than 2020, but not by much. Biden, Harris, and their cast of many are putting on a scare campaign that is very unpresidential but is working. They are putting the fear of Covid front and center where there is no room for fun and celebrating. Everyone will have a different level of anxiety as they react to the political and media blitz. This anxiety will translate to an air of apprehension as friends and family gather to celebrate Christmas and Hanukkah.

Dr. Anthony Fauci tells us to check vaccination cards before letting our friends or relatives into our house to celebrate the holidays. I am not sure this is in keeping with the holiday spirit, but it is another way that Fauci can control the narrative. What does Fauci get out of his actions? Is it all to feed his narcissism? Is it to keep him in the spotlight and a guaranteed gig on the Sunday talk shows? We pay this man $400,000 a year, the highest-paid federal employee, and he has flip-flopped more times than a chocolate chip pancake at IHOP. At 81 years old, you would think he would want to retire. But at his age, he could run as a Democrat for any office, and he would be considered in his prime. I think we have all had enough of America’s doctor.

Jen Psaki said this week that the White House had saved Christmas. She claims the situation at the ports has been resolved and that the shelves are full and stores are at 91% stock status. Where does she get these stats? They are simply random numbers the White House makes up. They can because nobody calls them or fact checks them. The official word from Los Angeles and Long Beach is that there are still hundreds of ships waiting to dock. A new staging method keeps them further out to sea, so they are not counted as waiting to dock. It is a game to make the situation look better. It doesn’t.

Joe Biden also claimed a significant drop in gas prices at the pump due to his release of crude from the reserves. This statement is not valid. There was a brief $.02 drop and a quick rebound. Prices are running 65-70% higher than last year. Alberta has offered to help with supply if Biden reopens the Keystone Pipeline but no deal. Keep those prices soaring. Thanks, Joe.

Governor Abbott of Texas builds the wall along the border with Texas money. Texas has asked if they could use or buy the unused fence Biden has left rusting in the desert, but the White House will not return his call. There are billions of dollars worth of fence sections, cable, and surveillance equipment rotting away, but Biden would rather see rotted supplies than a fence.

The lack of cooperation on the fence leads to my next point. We know that Fentanyl is flowing over the Southern Border. A record amount has been captured, but how much made it through without detection? Anyone’s guess, but Fentanyl is now the leading cause of death in young adults. There have been over 40,000 deaths but Fentanyl overdose in 2021. How many deaths until Biden wakes up and shuts off the flow?

One last topic. How many are Americans and allies still waiting to escape Afghanistan? The State Department believes there are at least 14,000. How can this be when Psaki has claimed only dozens remain and Biden assured us he would get them all out before he withdrew troops. Lies…..they simply lie to us. There is no credibility in the White House or with any of its surrogates.

How about we set all of this aside for a couple of days. Reunite with our friends and relatives and break away from the steel grip that the government has on us. Let’s celebrate like it is 2018. It may not be as much fun as ’99, but it will have to do.
