It is here. Whether Joe Biden succeeds in stealing the presidential election and the Democrats the Senate, the long-dreaded specter of socialist and even communist ideology has darkened the skies of the United States. It has not washed ashore or been imposed upon us by a foreign adversary as we have longed feared. The beast of socialism and communism has arisen from within. This Godless, angry, and vengeful ideology is the darling of a few intellectuals and elitists who have long sought to impose their dominion upon us by masking their disdain and contempt for their fellow man as compassion. These are individuals who believe that man made God, that morality is situational, that a lack of self-discipline is freedom, that life is finite, and death is the end of life, that victims and perpetrators are pre-determined, that sex is fluid unless determined by a scalpel, that dissent must be punished, that adversity weakens, that competition lessens us and that their world view must be imposed if not accepted.
The beast can only survive by breaking the will of the governed. To do so, they will employ all means necessary such as inflating the severity of a virus so that they terrify the populace, orchestrate massive voter fraud, launch phony investigations against a duly elected President and “elect” a president who is so badly compromised that he will commit perjury on Inauguration day when he swears an oath to defend and uphold the Constitution of the United States.
To those on the left who plan to snuff out our freedom by unleashing this beast on us, I have a few simple questions:
Who hurt you? At what point in your life did you shut out the light and cease to see your fellow man and woman as your brother and sister?
When did you decide that you were God? When did you believe that you had the authority to rule over His creation?
When did you decide that you had a right to deny your fellow citizens their constitutionally protected rights? What is it about leaving others to pursue their destiny and discover their gifts that you find so distasteful?
The good news is that this beast can be defeated for it answers to a master. Its master is our Creator. The very same God who created the heavens and the earth can and will, if asked, go before us, and make the crooked places straight. God’s faithfulness is forever but we must unite in true prayer and faith. True prayer is where we stop praying as beggars and start praying and behaving as heirs to the Kingdom. Remember that I and the Father are one and all that He has is mine. We must pray with faith that our prayer is already answered. We must rest in the knowledge that if God be for us who can be against us. We must listen for and follow the still small voice as it leads us to freedom. God will respond to our cries for freedom so long as we ask and never doubt that what we ask of our loving Father will be granted. As Isaiah says: But they that wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles”. We may not know the hour or in what manner God will be heard but, rest assured, in the end every knee will bend.
