Coronavirus Meets Trump Derangement Syndrome
We should call it Trumpvirus. If you’re feeling low you know who to blame – New York Times Headline!
Yes, if the dog bites or bee stings or you’re feeling bad it must be Trump’s fault to these indignant, leftist pundit, media false alarmist, uncaring, clowns.
So cancel all your plans and appointments, batten down the hatches and accept that we’re all going to die in the next 48 hours from the Coronavirus and its all because of Trump. This is what these crazed insane thinking media and Dems actually believe and want us to believe.
Never in my life have I seen the left cheering on a potentially deadly virus as the Coronavirus to wreak havoc on the U.S. just to score political points and all in the hopes it damages President Trump since they have nothing to offer. They don’t even have any kind of cure to offer, just attack Trump. That’s all they’ve done for the last three years is hate Donald Trump every second of every minute of every hour of every day. Trump could find a cure for cancer and they would still hate and impeach him. They are so giddy in their hopes for a decline and figure if it’s bad for Trump it must be good for us. That is so sick!! So far there have been no deaths reported here and only a few cases that have been diagnosed and are being treated.
We lead the world in finding new cures and when we do we share them with the rest of the world. That’s who we are, but the left’s fear-mongering is leading to drastic measures such as the New York Times mentioned like “ closing down schools daycare centers, businesses, canceling mass gatherings and curtailing mass transit.”
So what are we supposed to do? Stay in our houses, lock our doors, draw down the shades and suck on our thumbs? We are not there yet.
I predict the Next Stunt will be Pelosi sending her members home from Congress to keep them safe….it’s what they do.
Elizabeth Warren said the only way to stop the virus is to tear down Trump’s wall. WHAT??? Is she nuts? And let in more deadly viruses that can kill any number of people? How many deadly diseases were the illegal aliens bringing in here because of Obama’s 8 years of open border policies? So far 600 people who were on the cruise ship that was stranded in Japan after visiting China have been repatriated back here and voluntarily quarantined themselves.
People are panicking when there is no need to panic. San Francisco has declared itself a disaster area yet there has not been a single case reported there.
The Democrat Party mission statement: “Never let a crisis go to waste. And if there isn’t one, make one up.” This faux pandemic will be forgotten by April 1st as President Trump mentioned. Notice you never hear anything about Russian collusion any more or Ukrainian quid pro quo. In fact, this coronavirus mass hysteria has caused people to go online to buy face masks so much so that they are sold out now.
A friend of mine went to apply for a job at a nursing home and people on Facebook warned him not to do it because people there may have the virus. They said the same thing when he applied to a doctor to be a receptionist, they warned him about that too. He said he’s not afraid because he knows this is all media hype.
Back in January 29th Trump appointed a task force to look into this and search for a cure which now seems a vaccine is almost ready, but the Dems were so insistent on this phony witch hunt hoax of an impeachment trial that they didn’t react until now. That’s like the proverbial shutting the barn door after the horses are in.
The White House declared a public health emergency but the media won’t tell you that. More than 100 people die each year from motor vehicle crashes and the common flu we are all familiar with has killed 105 children so far this year.
Members of the Democratic Party have repeatedly made false or misleading claims this week over the coronavirus outbreak in an apparent attempt to damage President Donald Trump. What’s even worse, many of the 2020 Democratic presidential candidates’ proposed policies would likely put the U.S. at greater risk of having an outbreak.
A fact check by the Associated Press confirms earlier reports that Democratic presidential candidates are falsely claiming that President Donald Trump cut funding and personnel needed to fight coronavirus. The implication: Trump was to blame for the spread of coronavirus — even though there have been just over a dozen cases and no fatalities in the U.S.
Little Mike Bloomberg was one of many to lie about Trump’s handling of the virus, when during the Democrat debate in South Carolina, he falsely claimed that Trump had “fired” a pandemic specialist at the White House, and “defunded” the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Bloomberg was trying to scare the American public into believing that Trump is to blame for the spread of coronavirus — even though there have been just over a dozen cases and no fatalities in the U.S.
The truth is, however, the pandemic specialist had left voluntarily during a reorganization of the bloated National Security Council (NSC), and the CDC cuts — as the agency wound down its Ebola response — were only proposed, not enacted.
Trump reacted to the lies being spread about him via twitter:
“So, the Coronavirus, which started in China and spread to various countries throughout the world, but very slowly in the U.S. because President Trump closed our border, and ended flights VERY EARLY, is now being blamed by the Do-Nothing Democrats, to be the fault of Trump.”
Trump wants both republicans and democrats to unite against this virus, but all they are interested in is attacking him.
Bolshevik Bernie Sanders said that Trump picking Pence to head the task force shows that he is more interested in his own politics than the health and safety of the country.
What an idiotic statement. Nothing could be further from the truth!!! Who did he expect Trump to pick?
Democratic presidential contenders are describing the federal infectious-disease bureaucracy as rudderless and ill-prepared for the coronavirus threat because of budget cuts and ham-handed leadership by President Donald Trump. That’s a distorted picture. For starters, Trump hasn’t succeeded in cutting the budget.
He’s proposed cuts but Congress ignored him and increased financing instead. The National Institutes of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention aren’t suffering from budget cuts that never took effect.
But it was also fortunate that President Trump departed from protocol in one important way, widely criticized at the time: by shutting down travel from China, something the AP says is not typically done, he likely prevented a larger outbreak and bought the government precious time to prepare a response and educate the public.
The public health system has a playbook to follow for panDEMic preparation — regardless of who’s president or whether specific instructions are coming from the White House. Those plans were put into place in anticipation of another flu panDEMic, but are designed to work for any respiratory-borne disease.
The U.S. closed borders to travelers from China to buy time as preparations began but, “classically that’s not the way you address an outbreak,” said Dr. Anthony Fauci NIH’s infectious disease chief who has advised six presidents. Dr. Fauci told The Associated Press this week. “If you do it for a very limited period of time, temporarily until you can get things in order in your own country, it could have some benefit. But in general, the concept of closing borders, you cannot do that for an extended period of time.”
Vice President Mike Pence gave an impassioned and stunningly patriotic pro-American speech at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center on Thursday as the first full day of CPAC 2020 officially kicked off.
Pence claimed that only one new case of Coronavirus has been detected in the U.S. within the past two weeks. He also said that while the risk posed by the Coronavirus is low, the Trump administration is “ready for anything.”
In his interview with Sean Hannity Pence said if President Trump hadn’t taken the actions he did we’d be in a lot different position now. Such actions as ending travel to and from China, establishing a quarantine process and setting up a task force. The risk of the spread of the coronavirus remains low as a result of the actions Trump took,” Pence said.
