When Anti-Bullies Become Bullies Themselves
Keaton James, an 11-year-old boy from Tennessee, was bullied by his classmates who called him ugly and threw milk on him. His mother posted a video of him crying on facebook because of it and it garnered sympathy from hundreds of anti-bully people from all over. The NFL Tennessee Titans said they would have lunch with him and one of their team members volunteered to be a bodyguard for him. Celebrities sent well wishes and a go fund me page was set up for him by a total stranger who felt sorry for Keaton and raised $57,000 but later took it down. Talk show host Sean Hannity said he would give $10,000 for a scholarship for him. I think any money should be put into a trust fund for him until he is old enough.

Update; Good news, apparently some Titans and Vol players are helping Keaton. The school needs this Fixed immediately or people should be fired. If Someone sets up scholarship account for Keaton, let’s raise $. I’ll start with $10,000. $5,10,25 pp would be amazing.

This boy is incredibly brave and the video really got to me. @danawhite, If he takes you up on your offer to see UFC Headquarters, I would be honored to host him and his family at our place if they need somewhere to stay. https://t.co/EWx05o0yI0

Then a change took place. Keaton’s mother, Kimberly Jones, had posted pictures of the Confederate flag and also a picture saying “I stand for the flag, I kneel at the cross” which people used to attack her. A Mixed martial arts fighter named Joe Schilling presented a picture of Keaton’s mother holding a confederate flag. Schiling claimed the mother just wanted money after he offered to take Keaton to one of his shows and she refused. Suddenly the anti-bullies became bullies and shouted Keaton’s mother down with comments on facebook and elsewhere in social media. Her daughter said, “Mom is not a racist just a proud southern woman and this is about my brother not her.”
Which brings us to Chelsea Handler, a low brow hate filled unfunny comedian on Netflix. Chelsea has said she is a champion of women, but in typical liberal woman fashion she is just a champion of women who agree with her. Her latest target is press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders. When the TV make-up people put too much make-up on Sarah one day Chelsea immediately took to her platform and bullied her with comments calling her “a slut, a summer whore and trollop” and said “Sarah must be destroyed. She also came out with a hate-filled video mocking Sanders looks and weight. Chelsea is just another anti-bully turned bully.
Now people are sticking up for Sanders in a big way. Maria Bartiromo of FOX news had this to say:
Rude & shameful @chelseahandler one more example of those people who claim to champion women but have no problem harassing those women they don’t agree with. @SarahHuckabee great job ignoring the haters. @MorningsMaria @FoxBusiness @dagenmcdowell

Others offered similar comments.
What is the difference of this bullying and the bullying of Keaton Jones? Nothing. Very sad

Sarah’s dad, former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, took the high road in defending his daughter saying, “I feel sorry for Chelsea. She is a very lonely person and admits she had two abortions when she was 16 years old. She sees someone like Sarah who has a fantastic husband who just adores her and three great children. Chelsea wishes she could have that knowing she never will.”
We then come to Hillary Clinton who claims to be a champion of women’s rights and against bullies, even though she hired thugs to go after her husband’s rape and assault victims and intimidate them into silence. They killed two of Kathleen Willey’s pets. She then hires more men than women for her foundation and pays them more than women. I’d call that bring a bully.
Now we come to the biggest bully of them all, Rosie O’Donnell. It is ego that drove Rosie to quit her stint on The View three weeks before the expiration of her contract when she got into an argument with Elizabeth Hasselback and lost. This is the same woman who took a week to apologize for the “ching chong” comment. And now she’s walking three weeks early, because she picked a fight with an easy mark — and lost? From bully to baby in 0.5 seconds. But it’s not an arc that should be surprising, really, because this seems to be how Rosie rolls — start out as the Queen of Nice, end up hurling accusations and parting bitterly. Her own adopted daughter ran away from her twice.
Donald Trump has officially labeled Rosie O’Donnell a “bully” on a morning radio show. The two have engaged in a public war of words before, but this time it would appear that Trump is echoing the statements of her staff from “The Rosie Show.” “O’Donnell uncontrollably yelled at a publicist backstage because she didn’t like the parameters agreed upon for an interview,” the source revealed. Rosie even tried to suggest Trump’s son Barron was autistic.
Yes, bullies have always been around and will continue to be around as long as people don’t stand up for themselves. Once colleges stop coddling their students and providing them with safe spaces and parents teach their kids how to fend for themselves when a bully presents itself then maybe it will end.
