President Donald Trump announced Wednesday night that he will make the Paris Climate Accord announcement on Thursday afternoon.

Anonymous reports Wednesday morning said that Trump will exit the agreement or possibly the overarching U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change put in place by President Bill Clinton in the early 90’s.
If the Trump administration only exits the Paris Accord, a future president could easily re-enter the agreement. If the United States drops out of the entire Framework that the Paris agreement and Kyoto Accord were based upon, re-entry would be difficult if not impossible.
