Sharknado 3! Oh Hell No
Sharknado 3 is the third installment of the Sharknado series on the Syfy network and it is hilarious, campy, bloody, suspenseful and fun all rolled into one and not bad acting too I may add.
The fun part besides the raining down of sharks on the population as in all these Sharknado movies is the few second celebrity cameos in them. In this one we have Ann Coulter as the Vice President, bit parts by Michelle Bachman, Anthony Weiner, Matt Lauer, Savanah Guthrie, Al Roker and Hoda and Kathy Lee, Jackie Colins all as themselves. Also on hand is Penn and Teller and Robert klein.
Ian Zwerling plays Finley Shepard the hero and chainsaw carrying shark fighting expert of all three movies. David Hasselhoff plays his father Gilbert Grayson Shepard, a retired colonel astronaut who is convinced by his son to come out of retirement to help fight the latest sharknado invasion..
A very sexy Cassie Scerbo plays Nova Clarke a fellow shark fighter from the first Sharknado who helps Finley fight off these sharks. She is quite alluring in her skin tight black leather outfit with halter top and her full breasts pushing up and outwards.
For those of you not familiar with the Sharknado movies, a sharknado is a huge tornado like storm that rains thousands of sharks down everywhere that attack humans, biting off arms, legs and even swallowing them all in comic book style mayhem. In this episode the entire east coast is attacked causing the Washington monument to come crumbling down on the white house head first destroying both. At one hilarious moment President Marcus Robbins (Mark Cuban) and Vice President Sonia Buck (Ann Coulter) along with three others grab an American Flag pole and shove it up an attacking shark holding the pole in an Iwo Jimo statue pose. 😀
Another riotous moment is watching a shark riding a loop de loop roller coaster in Universal in Orlando, Fla. after devouring the ride attendant. 😀
Finley and his dad get to the space shuttle to drop a specially crafted bomb into the storm and kill all the sharks. When they are in the shuttle his dad says, “Don’t worry son it’s like riding a bike.” To which Fin replies, “No bike I ever rode.”
When the bomb fails to do the trick Grayson has another idea, “We’ll use SDI Stategic Defense Initiative.” To which Fin replies, “Star Wars. I thought that wasn’t supposed to work.”
“That’s what they wanted you to think,” Grayson replies,” I worked on it my whole career which is why it didn’t work.”
If fun, campy action mixed with hilarity, suspense, good characters, clever funny lines and plenty of celeb guest stars is your thing then be sure to catch these Sharknado films when they come on. I’m sure they’ll be repeated on the Syfy channel soon again. They are already planning a Sharknado 4.
