Patriotism: Is Now A Criminal Offence

Where have we come to as a country when, if we call ourselves a Patriot, our own Government puts us on an enemies list? Standing up for low taxes, limited Government and a strong defense and calling ourselves Patriots makes us enemies of the state, aren’t these the same things our Founding  Fathers stood for?  What has happened to this country?

I have written books and articles about how our society and country have been on the decline for years, I have said many times that we are living in a Bizzaro world, everything is upside down, what was once wrong is now right, and what was once right is now wrong. Over the past couple of years there have been two groups that were made news worthy, Occupy Wall Street and The Tea Party. Let’s take a look at them, first Occupy Wall Street, what do they stand for?

OWS believes in a Socialistic type Government, spreading the wealth and having the Government provide everything for them so they do not have to work for themselves, you know, the old Robin Hood syndrome, take from the rich and give it to those who don’t want to achieve anything for themselves. In other words, they want to live like the rich, but they do not want to earn like the rich.  Their rallies consist of:

  1. Destruction of private property
  2. Raping women
  3. Doing drugs
  4. Crapping on police cars
  5. Urinating in public
  6. Assaulting police
  7. Destruction of public property
  8. Prevent people from going to work
  9. Throwing garbage all over the place
  10. Costing the taxpayers millions of dollars in clean-up and repair
  11. Not paying for a permit

Yet these are the very people who the main stream media and the Democratic party align themselves with and hold them up as a shining example of what America is all about, like I said, Bizzaro world.

Now let us take a look at the Tea Party, you know the ones that are a threat to America. The Tea Party believes in limited Government, low taxes, a strong defense, following the Constitution, and Individual responsibility and that is supposed to be a threat to America? Like I said, a Bizzaro world.  Their rallies consist of:

  1. Assembling peacefully
  2. Waving American flags
  3. Giving speeches
  4. Paying for a permit
  5. Cleaning up after they are done (many times they leave it cleaner than when they got there.)

Over the past few weeks, we have learned how the IRS has targeted groups with the words Patriot, Tea Party, Constitution, Freedom, Traditional Family, Bring Back America and other groups that have the audacity to want an America that our Founding Fathers mapped out for us. Patriots are now the enemy, the people who want a traditional America with traditional values are being treated as if they do not have a right to exist and are trying to be stomped out by this administration.

In a recent speech to a college graduating class Obama said; “Still, you’ll hear voices that incessantly warn of government as nothing more than some separate, sinister entity that’s the root of all our problems, even as they do their best to gum up the works; or that tyranny always lurks just around the corner. You should reject these voices. Because what they suggest is that our brave, creative, unique experiment in self-rule is just a sham with which we can’t be trusted.”

Well the only sham was that speech, Obama is the closest thing to a tyrant I have seen in the White House, and I was born when Truman was in office.  The IRS story is only the tip of the iceberg; tyranny is alive and well in this country and Obama is the head tyrant.

They say every cloud has a silver lining, this just might be that silver lining. With any luck this might just wake up the American people to what is going on in this country.
