Watch: Coronavirus Task Force Holds White House Press Briefing – 3/20/20

Members of the White House Coronavirus Task Force hold a press briefing Friday to update the media and the nation.

During the briefing, President Trump announced that the deadline to file and pay income taxes has moved from April 15 to July 15. He also said that interest on federally-held student loans would be suspended for 60 days and that loan holders could ask for payment suspension from their lenders.

Dr. Birx revealed that data from Italy showed that coronavirus kills men, in every age group, at a rate twice that of women.

Following an order from the Centers for Disease Control, Customs and Border Protection will immediately return any illegal aliens arriving from either Canada or Mexico. Typically, those aliens would be housed in facilities within the United States.
