On Saturday, January 20th women around the world marched in protest against oppression against women and manly against Trump. Of course here in the United States the usual gang of troublemakers spoke: Jane Fonda, Whoopie Goldberg, ambulance chasing lawyer Gloria Allred and actresses Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johannsen.
President Trump has weighed in on the Women’s March with a tweet that is certain to rile the tens of thousands of fired-up protesters marching against him across the country. As processions of pink, ‘pussy’ hats and illustrations asking for him to be impeached made their way through the nation’s many cities, Trump ignored their complaints about him and said: ‘Beautiful weather all over our great country, a perfect day for all Women to March. ‘Get out there now to celebrate the historic milestones and unprecedented economic success and wealth creation that has taken place over the last 12 months. ‘Lowest female unemployment in 18 years!’
The mass protests commemorate a year since the historic Women’s March on January 21, 2017, a day after Trump’s inauguration.
This year, the marches also take on the momentum of the Me Too and Time’s Up movements against sexual misconduct which were sparked with allegations against Hollywood heavyweights. They also coincided with a government shutdown which went into place late on Friday night.
On Saturday, the marches were well underway by the time the president chimed in. His remarks angered many and sent others into despair. I’m sure knowing how Trump operates he was being sarcastic to get their goat.
‘You just don’t get it, do you?’ was the reply of one exasperated critic.
No YOU don’t get it Ms. protestor. You and your fellow protestors are not oppressed in this country. These women said they marched against female oppression. Some dressed up in 18th century attire from The Handmaiden’s Tale protesting oppression of women.
These women are all being manipulated by the destroy Trump media. Today there are more women CEO’s than ever before. More women in powerful positions than ever before. More women judges and lawyers and doctors than ever before. More women are working than ever before so where is the oppression? It is one thing to protest against sexual harassment in the work place, but I disagree with oppression of women as a whole in this country. We are not like Arab countries like Saudi Arabia, Iran and Afghanistan where women are truly oppressed. These women should look at one of their leaders Linda Sarsour who is of Arab descent and who hates Christians and Jews and wants Sharia Law for this country. Talk about oppression!!! Watch who you follow and look at your own before criticizing others. Do these women realize Trump has more women in his administration than any previous administration? I doubt it. His whole communications department is all women.
Where were they when Bill Clinton raped Juanita Broderick, pressed his body against Kathleen Willy and shoved his tongue down her throat, exposed himself to Paula Jones and had a young Monica Lewinsky perform oral sex on him in the oval office? Now with Trump in office they protest him when he has lifted Obama’s regulations and enabled more women to be in the work force than ever before. The economy is the strongest it’s been in decades. There are more jobs than workers to fill them.
These women cannot articulate an actual argument. If they really paid attention they would see women and men are doing better under this administration. But they won’t go protest in places of the world where women truly are without rights. It wouldn’t fit their narrative
Tens of thousands of lib-flake women are still pissed off because they chose to back a loser, and she lost. Are they aware Hillary hired more men than women for her foundation and paid the men more than the women? I doubt it. Hillary also planned to raise everyone’s taxes where Trump is cutting them and she planned bring in a million more Muslims to this country.
One woman asked “where is Trump leading us and he is not governing.” Where has she been? Thanks to Trump more people are off welfare and working. Two million new jobs. Black unemployment is the lowest it’s ever been. More women are in the work force than ever before. Companies are coming back here. Trillions of dollars are coming back into the country and Apple has contracted to invest 350 billion dollars back into this country. And she’s saying Trump is not governing and wonders where the country is going? These women are all being used by the media and liberal dems to keep them down so they stay in power. I guess they prefer handouts like under Obama and prefer to stay at home or they are just plain ignorant. Open your eyes ladies and look around you. You are not as oppressed as they want you to believe.
