Liberal Actor Wants People to Write ‘Harriet Tubman’ on $20 Bills

Another celebrity weirdo has given marching orders to the leftist lemmings as a response to reports that Harriet Tubman may NOT replace Andrew Jackson on the $20 bill as mandated by former President Barack Obama.

Josh Malina who was featured in the popular White House television fantasy drama “The West Wing” as well as a man who recently referred to all Trump supporters as “stupid cocks” is just fit to be tied that Tubman’s place on the currency may be preempted.

So much so that he has called for people to write “HARRIET TUBMAN” on any $20 bill that comes into their possession. Typical leftist tantrum throwing when they don’t get their way but there will be many who take his warped advice.

Via The Hill “Former ‘West Wing’ star urges people to write ‘Harriet Tubman’ on $20 bill”:

Josh Malina, who played a vice president’s chief of staff on the NBC political drama “The West Wing,” encouraged his more than 240,000 Twitter followers on Thursday to write the famous abolitionist’s name on $20 bills.

Malina’s Twitter message came on the heels of Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin’s remark Thursday that the Treasury Department could abandon plans to replace President Andrew Jackson on the front of the $20 bill with abolitionist Harriet Tubman. The redesign had been finalized under President Obama.

Malina’s shooting from the hip on Twitter may end up being problematic though. By imploring people to deface the currency, the actor is encouraging others to commit a crime.

According to the website of the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Bureau of Engraving and Printing:

Defacement of Currency

Defacement of currency is a violation of Title 18, Section 333 of the United States Code. Under this provision, currency defacement is generally defined as follows: Whoever mutilates, cuts, disfigures, perforates, unites or cements together, or does any other thing to any bank bill, draft, note, or other evidence of debt issued by any national banking association, Federal Reserve Bank, or Federal Reserve System, with intent to render such item(s) unfit to be reissued, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.

Mr. Malina may soon be getting a call from the folks at the U.S. Secret Service who seem to be pretty busy these days with all of the leftists who are calling for violence against President Trump and in this moron’s case, suggesting that it is perfectly ok to violate federal law to make a political statement whining about an election that didn’t turn out the way that he wanted.

  1. IF I am handed a 20 that has been defaced in this manner I will immediately call the police and the person or entity that issued the bill to me will be a point of contact!

  2. So I’m a stupid cock, huh?? My, may, I never thought I would be called that! Well, Josh Malina, don’t expect this stupid cock to stand up and salute you. You’re nothing more than a Hollywood elitist wannabe who can’t think for himself.

  3. I and millions of others did not support the Susan B Anthony dollar coin. Likewise the Sacagawea dollar coin.

I believe that a similar number will not support a Harriet Tubman 20 dollar bill.

Way back in high school in the last century, I loved History class; got all “A’s” in history; world history, American History and American Government. We were required to pass these classes in order to graduate from the high school I attended.

Never heard of Susan B Anthony until the 1980’s, well after graduation; must have been the rise of feminism. Sacagawea of course was the indian slave girl that accompanied Lewis and Clark, hardly a guide.

Who the heck is Harriet Tubman??? One of many who helped the underground railroad I suspect.
