If one is to believe a stunning report, former President Barack Obama had a secret plan to implement martial law lite on election day.
The report comes from Slime Time Magazine which claims that Obama was prepared to mobilize the feds and military components in the event of an election day “cyber attack” that would, of course, be blamed on Russia.
While the Time story could just be the departed dear leader covering his ass to protect his precious legacy from accusations that he did nothing to address the still unproven Russian meddling conspiracy theory, it is just like the arrogant Obama to actually scheme out such a third-world operation.
The document obtained by Time details how the regime would send armed federal agents into polling places, deploy the military and use the national intelligence apparatus to propagandize the American people.
But Obama chose not to give the thumbs up on this flagrant violation of the Posse Comitatus Act if, in fact, it really did exist.

Per Time Magazine “Exclusive: Read the Previously Undisclosed Plan to Counter Russian Hacking on Election Day”:
President Obama’s White House quietly produced a plan in October to counter a possible Election Day cyber attack that included extraordinary measures like sending armed federal law enforcement agents to polling places, mobilizing components of the military and launching counter-propaganda efforts.
The 15-page plan, a copy of which was obtained by TIME, stipulates that “in almost all potential cases of malicious cyber activity impacting election infrastructure, state, local, tribal, and territorial governments” would have primary jurisdiction to respond.
But in the case of a “signifcant incident” the White House had several “enhanced procedures” it was prepared to take.
The plan allowed for the deployment of “armed federal law enforcement agents” to polling places if hackers managed to halt voting. It also foresaw the deployment of “Active and Reserve” military forces and members of the National Guard “upon a request from a federal agency and the direction of the Secretary of Defense or the President.”
For three days after the election, a special interagency effort would be tasked with addressing “any post-election cyber incidents,” including “planted stories calling into question the results.”
The plan reflects how thoroughly the Russian effort to undermine public confidence in the U.S. electoral system had succeeded. The U.S. intelligence community had concluded the primary and abiding goal of the Russian operation was “to undermine public faith in the U.S. democratic process.”

The talking point that the Russians were trying to undermine confidence in the system continues to come up. It’s hard to see how Obama needed any help with that considering the amount of damage that he himself did during his eight-year tenure of radically altering the trajectory of the nation.
Obama oversaw the expansion of the greatest surveillance state in planetary history, coddled oligarchs, used his intelligence agencies to plot a coup against President Donald Trump that is still playing out and resurrected racial tensions on a scale not seen in decades.
Whether the Time piece is actually true or just a piece of CYA propaganda to protect Obama is unknown but considering the amount of crapola published by Time over the past year demonizing Putin, one would tend to suspect that it’s the latter.
