Republicans: Stop Compromising with Democrats
The 2016 presidential election has opened many eyes to the pure hatred that many Democrats possess. Not only do they want Republican leadership to fail, they are calling for the end of the Republican Party itself. Liberal activists all over this country have started an all out assault on conservative voices actively trying to silence the voices that dare to question their motives or actions. How can Republicans compete with a group that wants them destroyed? Here’s a suggestion, it’s not possible.
I say enough with “moderate Republicans” trying to please everyone. Enough giving up on principles to please Democrats.
Mohandas Gandhi said it best;
“All compromise is based on give and take, but there can be no give and take on fundamentals. Any compromise on mere fundamentals is a surrender, for it is all give and no take.”
For those who say I’m being dramatic, unreasonably or even downright crazy I ask you this. When have Democrats been willing to come across the aisle? When have Democrats been willing to incorporate conservative ideas into their plans? Oh right… it never happens, folks!
As voters, we all have a chance to stand up and be heard. When the 2018 midterm elections arrive, let’s elect representatives willing to stand up to the Democrats and liberal activists unafraid of the political heat they may take from the media. Let’s elect representatives strong enough to battle forward with their conservative agenda unaffected by the foul cry of the obstructionist Democrats. Becuase let’s face it, all Democrats are is obstructionists.
