Rep. Chaffetz on Washington leak crisis [Video]

Representative Jason Chaffetz (R-UT), Chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, raised some serious legal questions after James Comey‘s testimony Thursday, July 8th. During his testimony, Comey admitted to giving his memos to a friend with the intention of having them leaked to the press. Chaffetz went on to state;

“Mr.Comey has created a lot of legal problems for himself. He testified after his first meeting with President Trump that he went down to his car and used his classified laptop and pounded out some notes. Well those notes are somewhere and when I had a private conversation with James Comey I asked him directly where are these notes, and he refused to tell me.”
