A car being driven in an erratic fashion killed at least 3 people and injured another 20 in Melbourne, Australia.

- police say the attack was not terror-related
- the attack appears to be linked to a stabbing in Windsor in the early hours of this morning
Prior to the vehicular assault, the car was spotted by multiple witnesses doing circles in a busy intersection:
Later, store video cameras catch pedestrians running into the store for cover as the driver tries to run them over.
While the motive is not clear, local authorities are claiming that terrorism is not suspected:
