President Trump met the leaders of some of America’s largest companies Monday morning and told them that the administration would make it much easier to build factories in the United States.
The president told business leaders “we’re going to make our products here” underscoring his promise to bring manufacturing back America.
Leaders from Lockheed Martin, Dell, Johnson and Johnson and other large companies joined the president for breakfast to discuss how the government could help return good-paying manufacturing jobs to the U.S.A.
Trump said that he had heard from business leaders who told him that they had more people managing regulations than working on products and that it’s too expensive and burdensome to build in America.
The President vowed to reduce regulations by up to 75%, lower taxes and expedite manufacturing plant construction.
