Later in the morning, Trump will meet with his Chief of Staff and have lunch with Rudy Giuliani.
The President’s afternoon will start with a meeting with experts in cyber security, an executive order signing and finally an announcement of his supreme court nominee.

3:15 pm: Signs an executive order
8:00 pm: Announces nominee to the Supreme Court
