In last month’s Democrat debate, Hillary Clinton falsely claimed that radical Islam had used Trump in their recruiting videos. Well, it appears that Al Qaeda-afiliated Al Shabaab has taken her claim as a suggestion and made it come true.
An Al Qaeda-affiliated terror group based in Somalia released a recruitment video Friday purportedly featuring Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump.
Al-Shabaab’s video criticizes racism in the U.S. and anti-Muslim rhetoric and specifically targets Trump’s plan to ban all foreign Muslims from entering the U.S, according to SITE Intelligence Group. The presidential contender was shown receiving cheers from the crowds when he announced his plan.
The video hypocritically claims religious persecution and Americas’ hatred of Islam as a recruiting device. Trump’s call for the cessation of Muslim immigration is inserted as proof of anti-Islam sentiment in the United States.
The more than 51 minute video is a barrage of imagery and trashing of America.
“Yesterday, America was a land of slavery, segregation, lynching and Ku Klux Klan, and tomorrow, it will be a land of religious discrimination and concentration camps,” Awlaki said in the video. His statements were recorded prior to his death
The video combines Trump’s comments, video of white police officers and black protest events to appeal to young black men and get them to join the Somali Islamic terror group.
Hillary’s claim that terrorists were using Trump as a recruiting tool had been proven false shortly after she uttered it, but radical Islamists appear to be taking her words as strategic advice.
