Gabrielle Giffords Releases Video Announcing Her Resignation

Rep. Gabrielle Giffords released a video on her YouTube website today announcing that she will be resigning from Congress this week.

Her announcement comes almost one year to the day of the shooting, which is now one of the most tragic events in American history.
