At time time of this posting, the video had garnered a total of 23,528 views, most likely press and pundits, bloggers and politicos.
Without a Q&A session, nothing was learned of Biden’s plans for the country. This is an example of exactly how not to get any attention shone on something so critical and may be exactly what we’ll be treated to for the next four years: tightly-scripted appearances and no questions to be asked.
