Judge Brett Kavanaugh will appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee Tuesday morning to answer questions on the road to his confirmation as the next U.S. Supreme Court justice.
With over 300 opinions authored as a D.C. circuit judge, Kavanaugh’s record is the most substantial of any nominee in recent history.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. ET.
