Maxine Waters: It’s Time to Do What Must Be Done

If there is a poster child for the “resist movement” it is undoubtedly US Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA). From before the beginning of President Trump’s term, Waters has been screaming “impeachment” as if it is something that political foes can bestow upon their rivals. Of course, they cannot. Impeachment can only be the result of a Senate conviction of High Crimes and Misdemeanors. No such acts have occurred.

Maxine Waters continues to thump the impeachment drum, but is now calling for the open harassment of Trump Administration officials:

“Already you have members of your Cabinet who have been booed out of restaurants… Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up. And if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere.”

This is not representative government. This is not passionate debate. This is the open obstruction of the governmental process. Waters is not bringing debate or legislation to the floor of the US House of Representatives, she is openly engaging in an overt act of aggression against people who have sworn an oath to serve, protect and defend the US Constitution and to execute the roles of their positions faithfully.

This is not ingenuous political opposition. This is totalitarian, ideologically based, Alinsky Progressivism. You see, Progressives saw the goal line in the re-election of Barack Obama. The sword in the bull’s neck was to be President Hillary Clinton. With her election, our constitutional Republic would have been transformed into a Democratic-Socialist oligarchy run by Progressives. The Constitution would have been effectively marginalized into a document of suggestions and the global elitists, political opportunists and disingenuous money-grubbers of the elected class would have succeeded in creating a three-tiered society where pseudo-justice and opportunity were afforded the elites while the rest of us would live in “District 12,” a reference to The Hunger Games.

It is time that we all took a stand and sent the Progressives, the global elites, and the manipulating pricks of the professional political class to the ash heap of obscurity where they belong. It is time for you and me to quest to be free of bureaucratic captivity and demand a return to constitutional law and a government that serves the people.

There is a petition to expel Maxine Waters from Congress. Everyone should sign it and pass it on. The leadership in the US House of Representatives should feel so much pressure to act that they make a harsh example of this pathetic excuse for a public servant.

For crying out loud, the woman doesn’t even live in the district she represents in Congress. How pathetic is that!
