Sasse: repeal then replace [Video]

Nebraska Senator Ben Sasse has floated the idea of repealing Obamacare right away while allowing a month of daily meetings to hammer out a new health care plan. However, Senate Majority Leader Mitch Mcconnell stated Friday that he will stick to the path of accomplishing both a repeal and replacement together.
