Furgeson under emergency declaration, military called in

Ferguson, MO citizens are barricading their businesses and arming themselves while the governor calls in the National Guard in anticipation of a verdict in the Michael Brown shooting.

Protesters are demanding that Officer Darren Wilson be indicted by the grand jury currently considering the case.

Leaks from the proceedings have indicated that Wilson will not be indicted which is fueling protests. Some groups are threatening increasingly violent reaction should the grand jury not go their way.

A decision from the grand jury is expected within days.

Monday, Gov. Jay Nixon declared a state of emergency and activated the National Guard as a measure to control any violence.

Unconfirmed reports are surfacing that the hacker group Anonymous has leaked a map showing the police/National Guard containment area around Ferguson.
