Federal Government Preparing for Adverse Side Effects as it Continues Push to Force Vax
The U.S. Department of Labor issued a bulletin on Oct. 1 to prepare for compensating federal employees, under the Federal Employees’ Compensation Act (FECA), who have been injured by COVID-19 shots after President Joe Biden’s executive order mandating it.
The bulletin, number 22-01, appears to be a first of its kind as FECA has never been used to compensate employees for injuries from vaccines, according to the bulletin itself.
“The FECA does not generally authorize provision of preventive measures such as vaccines and inoculations,” the bulletin states. However, for the COVID-19 jabs it provides “employees impacted by this mandate who receive required COVID-19 vaccinations on or after the date of the executive order may be afforded coverage under the FECA for any adverse reactions to the vaccine itself, and for any injuries sustained while obtaining the vaccination.”
This bulletin comes despite the government’s narrative continuing to be that the COVID-19 jabs are “safe and effective.”
Congressman Chip Roy (R-Texas) posted a Tweet with a video showing how the reported effectiveness of the jabs have gone from near 100 percent and has dropped to as low as 20 percent. It includes a clip of Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and Biden’s chief medical advisor, claiming the shots are “virtually 100 percent efficacious.”
Biden’s executive order came out on Sept. 9. In it, Biden claims “the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, also known as Comirnaty, has received approval from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).”
That statement is misleading as noted by Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin) who said: “We do not have an FDA-approved vaccine being administered in the U.S. The FDA played a bait and switch. They approved the Comirnaty version of Pfizer drugs. It’s not available in the U.S. They even admit it…. What they did is they extended the emergency use authorization for the Pfizer drug vaccine that’s available in the U.S.”
Johnson added: “If you’re saying that the Pfizer drug is the same as the Comirnaty, why didn’t you provide FDA approval on that? So, there’s not an FDA-approved drug and, of course, they announced it so they could push through these mandates so that people actually think, ‘Oh, OK now these things are FDA approved.’ They are not and again, maybe they should be, but the FDA isn’t telling me why.”
Project Veritas has captured undercover video of Pfizer employees who admit their shots are not to be trusted. Recently, Project Veritas released a short video of Nick Karl, a Pfizer scientist, admitting the shot doesn’t work, at least in some cases, and his bosses don’t care. Karl said “I guess there’s a small percentage where it just doesn’t work,” and “I was like questioning it and my boss was like, ‘Who cares.’”
The mandates are starting to see pushback from pilots to nurses as well as local government employees. The Chicago Police Department (CPD) and Massachusetts Department of Corrections are warning massive losses in personnel, up to half of their respective forces.
John Catanzara, CPD’s union president, had a judge rule against his First Amendment rights ruling that he cannot speak publicly against the forced jabs. After that judge’s order, Catanzara announced he will be running for mayor of the City of Chicago.
The mandates are also threatening 9-1-1 service, as reported by Zero Hedge.
“The magnitude has really blown up over the last few months. When you take a system that was already fragile and stretched it because you didn’t have enough people entering the field, then you throw a public health emergency and all of the additional burdens that it put on our workforce, as well as the labor shortages across the entire economy, and it really has put us in a crisis mode,” said Shawn Baird, president of the American Ambulance Association.
The Defender has been following the government’s reporting system for adverse events from vaccinations, which is widely recognized as representing an undercount capturing only 1 to 10 percent of the true count. The recent numbers show 16,766 deaths after COVID-19 shots.
Also reported by the Defender was that an FDA panel unanimously approved boosters for the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson shots. One of those voters, Dr. Patrick Moore, admitted “the data itself is not strong” but voted for the booster because of a “gut feeling rather than truly serious data.”
Pfizer is also seeking approval for its shot to be given to children. In Indiana, a family brought their 4-year-old and 5-year old children to a Walgreens for a flu shot but the kids were accidentally given a COVID-19 jab. Those children are now facing severe illness and heart issues, the family states.
