ABC made a big mistake when they canceled the new Roseanne reboot because of a tweet she made. It was more than just the tweet though, it is because she is a Trump supporter and has been very vocal about it and ABC is extremely anti-Trump. It was a case of Trump Derangement Syndrome, an airborne phenomena spread by lies about Trump from the mainstream media of which there is no known cure except accept that Trump is your president and get him to want to make America great again which he is doing. ABC had the biggest show on TV with the highest ratings. If they were so concerned about Roseanne’s tweet they could have just taken her aside and give her a fair warning and keep the show going, but hey canceled it outright instead.
Roseanne has always been controversial all her TV career. She has professed her support for Trump on the show and when appearing on other late night shows. Her show depicted the blue collar working class family that voted for Trump and very accurately too. By canceling the show ABC caused over a hundred people to lose their jobs and their high ratings will now once again be in the tank. It is their loss now. Maybe another network will pick them up like Tim Allen’s Last Man Standing is being picked up after ABC let his show go because he was a conservative. ABC didn’t admit it and said they were just changing their Friday night format from comedy to drama and had to cancel it. Tim knew better and didn’t buy their excuse. His show was No.1 on ABC with huge ratings and suddenly they canceled him and lost everything. Now they are doing the same with Roseanne. What is that they say about the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result.
The choice ABC made has an immediate consequence. After canceling “Roseanne,” ABC is going to take an immediate hit to their pocketbook Conservatives are banding together to boycott the network. They are angry about the double standard with “The View” being allowed to be on the air, while “Roseanne” was cut due to some tweets by Barr. Not to mention ABC just brought on Keith Olbermann to work at ESPN.
Conservative viewers aren’t the only thing ABC is losing. They’re also losing ad revenue. “Roseanne” was a huge hit on the network. Advertisers were throwing money at their stellar ratings. Now that the show is gone, companies no longer have that huge audience to put their products in front of.
“The abrupt cancellation of ‘Roseanne’ will not come cheap,” said Lacey Rose, television editor for The Hollywood Reporter.“Although the decision was widely viewed as necessary given the racist nature of star Roseanne Barr’s social media attack on senior Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett, several sources with knowledge of the situation suggest that ABC and parent company Disney could be on the hook for tens of millions of dollars,” Rose reported. ABC could be out $60M in lost ad revenue after canceling ‘Roseanne’ People are also out of jobs now because of their choice to cancel her show.
ABC appears willing to give up money in exchange for appeasing their liberal viewers as well as the liberal media. In the end, this is the network’s decision to make. In exchange for this decision, they are going to lose money in the end.
What the media isn’t telling you is that Roseanne was in a conversation with another tweeter on her sight. The first tweeter said Valerie Jarrett caused a lot of damage to the country. That’s when Roseanne responded in her comical way saying “The Muslim Brotherhood and Planet of the Apes had a baby and the result was VJ.”
When I first heard Roseanne’s comment, I chuckled and thought it was funny and just let it go, but then the protests started. Roseanne apologized and even after her sincere apology the network still canceled the show.
Meanwhile, liberal comedians like Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Cobert make jokes about Trump’s assassination under the guise of free speech and make fun of Melania’s accent – not a word is said or is anything done. Liberal comedian Samantha bee calls Ivanka called Ivanka Trump a “feckless c**t” on Wednesday night .people laugh and she’s still on the air though now advertisers are pulling from her show which shows it was Trump Derangement Syndrome on ABC’s part and not just a tweet from Roseanne. No wonder Mark Dice calls them Always Broadcasting Crap.
Press Secretary Sarah Sanders respond to Smanthas Bee’s remarks calling her remarks “vile and vicious.”
“The language used by Samantha Bee last night is vile and vicious,” Sanders told The Washington Free Beacon. “The collective silence by the left and its media allies is appalling. Her disgusting comments and show are not fit for broadcast, and executives at Time Warner and TBS must demonstrate that such explicit profanity about female members of this administration will not be condoned on its network,” Sanders continued.
First lady Melania Trump’s office responded to TBS comedian Samantha Bee’s profane tirade against presidential adviser Ivanka Trump by saying it was an example of an “astounding” double standard.
The official spokeswoman for the first lady, Stephanie Grisham, gave The Daily Caller an exclusive statement on the issue on behalf of Trump.
“The double standard is truly astounding,” Grisham told TheDC. “Time and again the Trump family and members of this Administration are subjected to false reporting, hateful rhetoric and outrageous lies all in the name of freedom of speech or comedy, yet the mainstream media stays silent.”
It’s only conservatives that get canned, and for lesser things than that filthy drivel.
Actually, Roseanne wasn’t all that off with her tweet. FBI files obtained by the government watchdog group Judicial Watch reveal that the father, maternal grandfather, and father-in-law of President Barack Obama’s closest adviser, Valerie Jarrett, “were hardcore Communists under investigation by the U.S. government.”
Valerie Jarrett, who served as President Obama’s senior adviser and as director of the Office of Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs at the White House (2009-2017), reportedly recently moved into the Obama home in Northwest D.C. Jarrett was divorced in 1988 and has not remarried
According to the FBI documents, Vernon Jarrett’s job was to “write propaganda for a Communist Party front group in Chicago that would ‘disseminate the Communist Party line among … the middle class.”
“Faithful to her roots, [Valerie Jarrett] still has connections to many Communist and extremist groups, including the Muslim Brotherhood,” said Judicial Watch. “Jarrett and her family also had strong ties to Frank Marshall Davis, a big Obama mentor and Communist Party member with an extensive FBI file.”
Davis was a sexual libertine and long-time friend of Barack Obama’s mother Ann Dunham and her father, Stanley Dunham. Barack Obama wrote fondly of Davis and their many encounters in his book, Dreams From My Father.
Judicial Watch further reported that it obtained public records in 2014 that show Valerie Jarrett “was a key player in the effort to cover up that Attorney General Eric Holder lied to Congress about the Fast and Furious, a disastrous experiment in which the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) allowed guns from the U.S. to be smuggled into Mexico so they could eventually be traced to drug cartels.”
Dr. James Bowman “was also a member of a Communist-sympathizing group called the Association of Internes and Medical Students,” reported Judicial Watch. “After his discharge from the Army Medical Corps in 1955, Bowman moved to Iran to work.” Valerie Jarret was born in Iran on Nov. 14, 1956.
The Association of Interns and Medical Students, according to the FBI files, is a group that “has long been a faithful follower of the Communist Party line.” Bowman had “deep ties to Chicago,” reported Judicial Watch, “where he often collaborated with fellow Communists.”
So Roseanne’s comment wasn’t that far off after all.
