After Donald Trump’s election and the embarrassing loss suffered by Kamala Harris and, by extension, the Biden Administration, Joe Biden promised a smooth and professional transition and transfer of power. Biden assured the American people that transferring power from the Biden to Trump teams would be seamless. The period for the transition is a sensitive timeframe and can make us vulnerable to nefarious actions by adversaries. Unfortunately, Biden is proving true to his form and is doing things behind the scenes to undermine and hinder a smooth start for the Biden Administration. One of the worst acts, and some may say it borders on a treasonous act, is Biden selling off the unused wall materials that have been sitting in Texas for four years.
Congress had appropriated the funds, and the materials were purchased to continue building the wall at our southern border. When Biden was elected, he opted to open the border rather than continue building the wall, so the materials have been sitting in the Texas sun for four years. In a very devious move, Biden began selling the materials at 5 cents on the dollar. These buyers are turning around and offering the materials back to the Trump Administration at many times the original cost. Biden decided to hinder the strengthening of our sovereignty, which Biden and Harris destroyed. This was done to continue that destruction. Trump said on Monday that his team is working to get restraining orders to stop these transactions. This is a criminal act, and whoever initiated this yard sale needs to be held accountable.

Biden and his team are bragging about the record number of pardons and commutations being granted on Biden’s way out the door. Over 1,500 were issued in one day last week. President Biden has sparked anger among Pennsylvanians after he commuted the sentence of a corrupt judge who was jailed for more than 17 years after he was caught taking kickbacks for sending juveniles to for-profit detention facilities.
In what came to be known as the kids-for-cash scandal, former Judge Michael Conahan shut down a county-run juvenile detention center and shared $2.8 million in illegal payments from the builder and co-owner of two for-profit lockups. Another judge, Mark Ciavarella, was also involved in the illicit scheme, the effects of which are still felt today among victims and families.
The scandal is considered Pennsylvania’s largest-ever judicial corruption scheme, with the state’s supreme court throwing out some 4,000 juvenile convictions involving more than 2,300 kids after the scheme was uncovered.
The people of Scranton, Biden’s birthplace, are livid that this individual will see the light of day after what he did to the children and families of Pennsylvania. The Biden team admitted that in their haste to put together the list of convicted individuals to set free, they may not have done a proper vetting. This is beyond comprehension until you realize that Biden let 12 million people into our country without vetting, so why should they change their tactics now? Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro said he could not disagree with Biden more and claimed this judge should have been given a longer sentence, not set free.
These are the worst decisions so far, but Biden has over 30 days to compound the bad ones. He has made his intentions known, and he will take action to funnel money and fortify his work on climate and immigration. Trump has vowed to fight any decision by Biden that is detrimental to America. Forget the smooth transition; this may be the worst ever, which is appropriate as Biden’s was the worst presidency ever.
