The “People’s President” vs the Corrupt Elites

A big, big thank you to President Donald Trump for being here tonight.  ‘I’m proud to be a great American champion. I’m proud to be a Christian-American champion [as the crowd thunders, “USA! USA! USA!”]

Black UFC Heavyweight Champion Jon “Bones” Jones after his win over Stipe Miocic, 11/18/24

[Jon Jones’] tattoo [refers] to Philippians 4: 13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” It was his sister Carmen’s favourite bible verse. He got it in her memory after she passed away in 2000 [from] brain cancer. … He named his daughter Carmen … after his sister.

Democrat’s Glitzy Celebrity Strategy Was an Embarrassing Failure. [They] had a billion dollars to pull off a Kamala Harris victory. They hurled much of that money at celebrities and designing lavish environments to say the word “joy” in.  It was one big A-list party, and Americans didn’t feel invited.

Jacobin.com, 11/11/24

One of the storylines the Democrat “News”-media Colluders (hereafter the DNC) concocted over the past 8 years to con the American people and keep themselves in money and power is that Donald Trump is, invoking the DNC’s standard smears (a “deplorable, racist, sexist, homophobic, Islamophobic, you name it”) human being.  Since those smears did not suffice to keep “the People’s President” out of office in 2016, the DNC, in heavily Democrat districts around the country (supported by a series of wet, willing and smirking DA’s, grinning judges, juries and the dependable “news” media lightweights), has recently, for good measure, added the comical fabricated charges that Trump is an insurrectionist, a fascist, a NAZI (even  Adolf Hitler), falsely that he is a convicted felon, and a rapist.

Unfortunately for the DNC, the peasants (that would be the voters) have rendered their verdict, in Trump’s blowout 2024 victory, on this transparently political Stalinist lawfare against one man, Donald Trump, who the DNC fears so much. This is not the verdict elite Democrats, their media poodles and their establishment elitists in both Parties wanted or expected.  Although they thought they had all the corrupt institutions rigged against him, Trump, in 2024, became the first Republican since 2004 to win the popular vote, his Party retained control of the House and also retook control of the Senate by a solid margin.

More important, Trump’s victory includes increased support from the black community, the Hispanic community, the Jewish community, the Muslim community, women voters, young voters and even “first time” voters.

Newsweek: President-elect Donald Trump won more black voters than any Republican candidate … in nearly fifty years. …  He roughly doubled his support among black men under 45 compared to 2020, about 3 in 10 in this age group voting for him. In total, 21 % black men voted for Trump, 2 % more than in 2020.

The Hill: Harris won the majority of voters under 30 by a far slimmer margin than Biden did in 2020.  She won them by just 6 points [over Trump] — a quarter of the total support Biden had from them four years ago.

XM.com: The starkest increase may have been the 14-percentage-point swing in Trump’s share of Hispanic voters, … 46% of self-identified Hispanic voters picked Trump, up from 32% in the 2020 election when Trump lost to Democrat Joe Biden.

Reuters: Hispanics have largely favoured Democrats for decades, but Trump’s share this year was the highest for a Republican presidential candidate in exit polls going back to the 1970s, and just higher than the 44% won by Republican George W. Bush in 2004, according to data compiled by the American Enterprise Institute, …

New York Post:  Trump saw a whopping 50% increase in his support among Jewish voters in New York … compared to the last presidential election ….  Roughly 45% of Empire State voters who identify as Jewish [voted] for [Trump] in 2024 — compared to just 30% who [supported him] in 2020

NPR: Muslim and Arab Americans have a history of supporting Democrats, but sent a strong message with their votes for Trump. Dearborn, Mich., is home to one of the U.S.’s largest Arab American communities.  In 2020, it was a Democratic Party stronghold. This year, it flipped for President-elect Trump.

Newsweek:  President-elect Trump secured more first-time voters than four years ago, according to exit polling, …  Among voters asked by NBC, 56 percent of first-time voters chose [Trump] over 43 percent who selected VP Harris.  4 years ago, 64 percent of first-timers picked Biden, while Trump only attracted 32 percent.

Bloomberg: [M]any of the same women who voted to enshrine reproductive rights in their state constitutions also voted to return … Trump … to the White House.  … 45% of all women supported Trump …

MSNBC’s Katy Tur: The coalition of voters who put Trump back in office looks nothing like a traditional Republican voter.  New voters swung towards him.  It is younger, more-blue collar.  He made gains among young men and young women.  He also made historic gains with Latinos and black voters.

It is going to be a tad harder to run the standard DNC storyline that Trump is a racist, sexist, fascist, Nazi, etc., now that the peasants have returned him to the White House after an unprecedented divisive DNC smear campaign and an absurd lawfare assault against him (and the American people).  Nothing could be more symbolic of this than the fact that the UFC heavyweight champion, the incomparable Jon Jones, who happens to be a black American, profusely and publicly thanked Trump for being there to view his victory.  No one, except perhaps the DNC, its media poodles and communists, could miss the symbolism when Jones, emphasizing that he is both an American and a Christian-American champion, gave his Heavyweight belt to Trump (who, after briefly examining it, gave it back).  Jones was not only saying before the country and the world that Trump is the American champion but that he, as a black American heavyweight champion, applauds the fact that Trump is the American champion. The same can be said of the fact that numerous NFL players, both black and white, are doing the “Trump dance” to celebrate successful plays.

While Kamala and the Democrats wasted a billion dollars partying and giggling with their clueless hypocritical out-of-touch multi-multi-million and billion-dollar celebrities, Oprah, Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lopez, Lady Gaga, etc., the shift in the electorate towards Trump’s successful outreach to all demographics signifies that respecting all Americans, of all colors, genders and creeds, not just the craven narcissist elites, is back.

There is no incompatibility between Jones celebrating his Christianity and the acceptance of all the other religious creeds that make up the country.  That is the point.  Jones can celebrate his Christian religion while respecting his Jewish, Muslim, Hindu and other American’s right to celebrate theirs.  That is the Constitutional promise of America.  Jones symbolically rejected the comic book version of American history, and the cynical word-games (“systemically racist”) that the DNC cynically misuses for its own benefit.

The USA is back.  Patriotism is back.  Christianity is back.  The promise of America, the United States, in the traditional sense, to work, following the Constitution, to repair any deficiencies towards equality for all, is back.  And the Democrats, their cynical games having failed miserably, are now, according to Jen Psaki, “in the wilderness” (where they belong).
