Well, Google has gone too far and I can no longer abide their unabashed censorship of ideas they disagree with.
Saturday, I received a “Policy Center” warning disabling ad serving because I had chosen to publish this editorial cartoon with my editorial comment attached: https://www.conservativedailynews.com/2024/09/campaign-influence/
Then they throttled advertising revenue to the point that we pulled in a whole TWO CENTS for the day…
If that editorial cartoon or my comment was something that Google says shouldn’t be allowed on their network, well, then I no longer want to be on their network.
I am ending my relationship with Google.
What does this mean for CDN? We’re going to have to be almost completely funded by readers’ and my own personal financial contributions.

The closer we get to the election, the more big tech will sensor the content you need most. Please help any way you can.
On top of helping us, stop using Google search. There are alternatives that are far more even-handed with their results. I use Duck-Duck-go, but you can pick ANYTHING other than google to search with so that you aren’t supporting authoritarian entities.
