The Democrat News-media Smear Strategy

The contrast is very clear.  … [T]hey use these distractions, diversions and deflections [saying], “look over here.  Trump said something mean about somebody” or “Somebody made this accusation about Trump”. They use fear mongering.  They say “Trump is going to destroy our democracy” because they are trying [not to notice] that they’re destroying our democracy … [and] constitution.  “Trump derangement syndrome” [is] prevalent among the Democrat elites [because] … they can’t control him.  He poses a direct threat to their establishment and power.  He’s … not afraid to … call out [what] they [both Republicans and Democrats] have been doing for decades and say, “It doesn’t make sense.  It’s not working for the American people.”  He says the things lots of [political] people are afraid to say even though they know it’s true.  He’s not going to be bullied by the Military Industrial Complex [or] special interest people in Washington that [the elites] care more about pleasing than they do about the American people.  That’s why they’re so crazed about using all [their] power to destroy Trump and make it virtually impossible for Americans in a democratic society to even have the choice who they want to vote for.

The storyline put together by the Democrat News-media Colluders (or DNC) to keep themselves in money and retain the power to push around all sorts of ordinary innocent people is that Donald Trump is a unique threat to American democracy, even, comically, that he is Hitler.  Is Trump Hitler?  Or are his enemies, as Tulsi says, “crazed” because he just a threat to them, to their money, power, egos and arrogance?  What do the facts say?

The DNC has been hyperventilating because Trump, they say, is going to seek revenge on his political enemies by siccing the “Justice” Department on them.  But he was already president 2017-2021 and, despite saying in the 2016 campaign that he would put Hillary in jail, he did no such thing.  As soon as he was elected in 2016, he said, “I don’t want to hurt the Clintons. I really don’t,” and, in fact, he did not seek charges against them.

By contrast, the Biden administration, on those occasions when Joe is sort-of awake, is doing to Trump precisely what they claim to be afraid he will do to them if he is re-elected in 2024.  As soon as Trump announced his run for re-election in 2024, Democrat DA’s around the country announced a flurry of unprecedented civil suits to bankrupt him and criminal indictments to put him in prison.  Assuming that facts are still permissible in what’s left of our country’s media and legal system, E. Jean Carroll freely stated to Vox in 2019 that Trump had committed no crime against her (she’s not sure exactly when the alleged encounter happened, maybe1995 or 1996), saying, “It was an episode, an action, a fight, it was not a crime.”  In a podcast, asked whether she felt responsible for what happened, Carroll replied, “One hundred percent.”  She also admits that Trump-hater George Conway convinced her to file the rape accusation after 30 years!  And the LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman funded the Carroll suit against Trump.  Caroll has also accused other males of raping her and, apparently, called her black ex-husband an “ape”.   Lovely person!  No wonder the People’s Republic of New York jury loved her.  Despite all these facts, Carroll was persuaded to do her part for the Democrat Party cause and bring a civil suit against Trump for which she, in front of a Clinton appointed judge Lewis Kaplan and an overwhelming Democrat New York jury, won an absurd $83.3 million dollar judgment against Trump in a case that, as Dershowitz points out, was beyond the statute of limitations.  How does that judgment work if the alleged victim has already freely said to Vox that Trump had committed no crime against her and that she herself felt responsible for what happened (not to mention that she cannot even remember what year it allegedly happened)?  If she feels responsible for the alleged episode, shouldn’t she and George Conway pay Trump 83.3 million dollars for deliberately ruining his reputation and campaign?

Further, Democrat DA’s around the country have launched a series of indictments against Trump soon after he announced his intention to run for the presidency in 2024, all of which, including the guilty verdict in the Democrat bastion of New York, have turned into embarrassing circuses.   Top legal minds, including liberals like Alan Dershowitz (Harvard Law Professor), Jonathan Turley (GWU Law Professor), CNN legal analyst Harvard J.D. Eli Honig, former Democrat Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York, Yale Law Professor Eric Rubenfeld, University of Virginia J.D. and Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Obama supporter NYU J.D. Judge Judy Scheindlin and many more have no idea what crime Trump was convicted of.  Isn’t this exactly kind of lawfare, based on strange trumped up charges, what Hitler (or Stalin) did?  Actually, yes it is!  Finally, add that that the Supreme Court, in a 6-3 ruling on presidential immunity, including one of the liberals, has dramatically undermined many (perhaps all) of the absurd Trump indictments.

Despite this onslaught of absurd tyrannical lawfare against Trump, he is leading Biden by a solid margin the polls in all the swing states.  The American people see clearly the injustice of the “legal” onslaught against Trump.

Note also that the core DNC attack on Trump is that he has a bad character, that he is a bad person, ergo the attempts to find him liable for civil offences and convict him of peculiar felonies.  Somehow, however, Biden’s own character is never carefully analysed.  What kind of person opens the southern border, resulting in record numbers of deaths down there, record deaths of Americans from the fentanyl and other drugs entering through the southern border, Americans, including young girls, raped and murdered by illegal aliens, etc., and lies about it?  Bill O’Reilly: “Joe Biden [has] damaged America in ways that will haunt all of us for years and will continue to do so if not removed and, only his own party can do that.”  What about the character of a person would do all this to his own country?

That is, the DNC attack on Trump is an attack on his person, not his policies, because Trump’s policies are manifestly more popular than Biden’s!  The DNC attacks, including the DNC’s lawfare attacks on Trump are one big ad hominem fallacy.  Not surprising because that has long been Biden’s (and the DNC’s) speciality.   Although I believe that although Trump is not a perfect person (because none of us are), I also believe that on any fair analysis Trump’s character is manifestly better than Biden’s.  The DNC can feel free to challenge me on this.

Electing a president is not like hiring a girlfriend.  That is Hunter’s play.  One elects a president because his/her policies are better for the country.  And an effective president cannot be a boy scout … or Peter Pan.  They have to be harsh sometimes.  If one rationally evaluates the present choice, one can only draw one conclusion.

Trump 2024!
