The Spending Spree Is Over, Deal With It

Biden is going to blink. McCarthy has to stay strong. We can do this, and it will make the Democrats apoplectic. I can see Ayanna’s wig spin and Ilhan’s hijab drop. The Squad will turn on the leadership like mad dogs on a pork chop. Those may be cheap shots, but I am sorry; they deserve it. I am so tired of the slurs and monikers this bunch has used on us. The latest is from Representative Bowman (D-NY). Jamaal Bowman: “We don’t negotiate with terrorists globally, … negotiate with the economic terrorists here that are the Republican Party?”

This tone is the professionalism and respect we can now expect from the young classless Democrats. They do not deserve a seat in the People’s House.

Many did not believe Kevin McCarthy had the fortitude and resolve to go head-to-head with the Democrats. He has not only held his own. He is on the verge of bringing Biden, Schumer, and Jeffries to their knees. The Democrats understand they must make the necessary spending cuts to avoid default. Biden hopes to minimize the damage and not destroy his relationship with the radical Left. At a 39% approval rating, how much relationship does he have with anybody? The Radical Left is controlling the Democrats, and Biden is more fearful of them than of the Republicans. It is sad but true.

The Left wants the Green Agenda protected. They want the Border open and reparations for Blacks. They want the Student Loan Forgiveness Plan signed into law, and, oh yeah, they want Capitalism replaced by Socialism as a step toward destroying the United States. They do not care about the Debt Ceiling, as money has no meaning. In their world, when the money supply runs short, crank up the presses and print more. Every member of the Squad has held a press conference this week demonizing the Republicans. That is what the mainstream media has been covering, and most Americans are seeing. This is what I call the Informational Divide, and it is tearing America apart as each side is fed a different narrative.

Biden knows he is up against the wall. The House has already passed a budget with reduced spending and a resolution to the debt ceiling. The Senate has addressed neither on its own, and Schumer will never let the House Bill see the Senate floor for debate or a vote. So Biden will have to eat crow and eventually negotiate with McCarthy, which s a huge win for the Right. Entitlements will have to be protected, but some of the infrastructure spendings will be scaled back, and we may see some provisions for Border Security sneak in. Biden knows he will take the blame if we default, and he cannot afford to decrease his poll numbers.

Both parties have gone to their respective corners for the holiday weekend, and we will probably see a compromise bill surface on Tuesday. We will not default, but this looks to be a big victory for Republicans, and it will be interesting to see how the Democrats present it and try to save face.
