NAACP Statement Admits NFL Protests are About Black Hatred of Police

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones found himself on the receiving end of the anti-Trump hate machine this week after he told his team that anyone disrespecting the flag during the national anthem would be benched.

Jones’s comments set off another round of racial fury from a bunch of people who just can’t let it go that Barack Obama was term-limited. The outcry was immediate and led by ESPN’s racist SportsCenter hostess Jemele Hill who found herself being suspended unlike when she called President Trump a “white supremacist” last month.

Joining with the Reverend Al Sharpton and the NFLPA was the NAACP which is an organization that is dependent on keeping racism alive to justify its existence.

The NAACP ripped into Jones for crushing his black malcontent’s right to “free speech” which continues to be a dishonest argument put forth by the cult of Kaepernick and his kneeling disciples. There is NO right to free speech in the workplace, try it and see what happens.

But the biggest revelation that the NAACP made in the statement denouncing Jones is that the NFL protests are claimed to be pro-American but are definitely anti-police, something that was a given ever since Mr. Kaepernick made his initial fuss and was photographed wearing cops as pigs socks at practice.

According to the organization’s statement:

NAACP RESPONDS TO DALLAS COWBOYS OWNER’S COMMENTS ON PLAYERS’ RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH

Baltimore, Maryland-The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), the nation’s original civil rights organization, today responded to the assertion by Jerry Jones, owner of the Dallas Cowboys, that players on his team who choose not to stand for the National Anthem will not be allowed to take the field.

This is not an issue about our flag, this is an issue about police brutality, racism, and the ability of members of the NFL whose communities are disproportionately impacted by police misconduct to peacefully say enough,” said NAACP interim President and CEO Derrick Johnson. “This is not simply a Black issue due to the number of white people also killed by police, but we know historically that when justice occurs for African Americans, all other members of our society benefit as well,” added Johnson.

Despite representing around 13 percent of the population, African-Americans account for nearly a quarter of those individuals killed by police.

“Jerry Jones’ comments are more than tone-deaf, more than misinformed and misguided – they are a public commitment by an NFL owner to violate his players’ Constitutional right to free speech – one of the principles on which our nation was founded. They are proof that athletes like Colin Kaepernick who have quietly and peacefully used their platform to protest violence against communities of color do so at their own peril,” said Tony Covington, former NFL player and Senior Director of Corporate Affairs at the NAACP.

Following Vice President Pence’s decision to walk out of a game in which players chose not to stand during the national anthem – at President Trump’s insistence – the NAACP believes that the NFL has an obligation to take a strong stance on behalf of its athletes and their rights. We have asked to meet with Commissioner Goodell in order to determine how he can best protect his players. We hope that he will work with us and the Players’ Association to forge this critical path forward.

It is one of the boldest, most wrong-headed and inflammatory statements to ever be issued by the NAACP and an audacious statement that black hatred for the police – or as the “race messiah”  himself refers to them as slave catchers:

is what the kneelers are expressing and white plantation owners like Jones are denying them their First Amendment rights.

Rights that do not exist in the workplace… but I repeat myself. The ultimate nightmare for corporate America would be a ruling that freedom of speech does extend to the workplace, that would open the mother of all cans of worms considering that corporations now routinely spy on the social media habits and other activities of employees when they are OFF the clock.

The statement ends with a plea to Commissioner Roger Goodell to devote NFL resources to the war on cops, something that is likely to sit just as badly with law-abiding Americans as the spitting on the flag has done.

Saint Colin’s caterwaulers should shut the hell up, get their racist politics out of football and if they are so concerned about young African-Americans being shot, devote some of their millions of dollars of loot into creating programs that create an atmosphere towards police in the inner-cities.

Any such programs should also discourage young blacks from embracing hip-hop culture and emanating the lawbreaking thugs who are legitimately targeted by the cops for one reason – they are criminals.

But the last thing that the NAACP wants is an honest discussion on the roots of crime and disrepair within the nation’s black communities.

This is really starting to come to a head now as the NFL is about to be dragged into the war on cops and now it all comes down to whether Goodell is prepared to choose this as the hill that he is going to die on.
