How can anyone forget Obama’s biggest promise to America, when campaigning for president in 2007, Obama promised to run the most transparent White House in history, disclosing donations, shunning lobbyists, and broadcasting important meetings on C-SPAN, to name but a few.
“More and more, the real business of our democracy isn’t done in town halls or public meetings or even in the open halls of Congress,” Obama said. “Decisions are made in closed-door meetings, or with the silent stroke of the President’s pen, or because some lobbyist got some Congressman to slip his pet project into a bill during the dead of night. We have to take the blinders off the White House. The more people know about what’s going on in Washington, and how their tax dollars are being spent, and who’s raising money for who, the less likely it is that major decisions will be hijacked by lobbyists and special interests.” Obama also said that as President, he will post all bills brought to his desk online for five days before they are signed. He also said that all meetings between lobbyists and government agencies would be posted online. At this point, you should either be laughing hysterically, or looking for a barf bag.
Even the Washington Post, who has been a fan of Obama’s said in July, “Despite constant complaints from the press corps and promises from White House officials, access to the president continues to be limited. The constantly repeated line that they’re running the “most transparent administration in history” tends to prompt snickers. Halfway through Obama’s West Coast swing, it’s tipping toward outrage.”
Enter new Mayor of New York City Bill de Blasio, who by the way, just happens to be a Communist. When he was campaigning for mayor, de Blasio said, “I will increase transparency with a series of reforms of the Freedom of Information Law.” He also said, “I will include FOIL [Freedom of Information Law] statistics in the Mayor’s Management Report, I will also levy fines and penalties against city agencies that regularly duck and delay FOIL requests, and proactively post online information that is most-frequently sought by FOIL request. I have continued to go beyond the current laws when it comes to transparency and disclosure and will continue these practices when Mayor.” Now when asked about FOIL, “The de Blasio administration said no records would be turned over under the FOIL law, which protects certain government records from being disclosed, like some ‘intra-agency communications’ and ‘instructions to staff that affect the public.” Is anyone surprised?
The New York Post has reported that by May he had already logged 83 events at which journalist access was restricted or barred. Also in the Post, the Press Club of New York blasted de Blasio in an open letter that said, “You have departed from a precedent set by at least eight mayors before you, which has been to take questions in open press conferences without restriction as to the subject matter.” It seems that de Blasio is learning from the Obama playbook.
It boils down to this, they can call themselves, Liberal, Progressive, Socialist, or Communist, they are all cut from the same hunk of wood, they lie to the uninformed and uneducated and promise them Utopia, but once elected, it’s all about controlling the masses. Just like Obama has turned America on a downward spiral, I expect de Blasio will do the same For New York City. Everything that Progressives touch, they turn into mush, one only has to look at Detroit for proof.

This is one man’s opinion.
I’m not so worried about the promises he didn’t keep as the one promise he did keep. Nobody wants to remember that he said “America is a great country, help me change it”, and they voted twice to help him do it. There is a lot of so called conservatives in particular don’t want to remember that, because they abetted him in that endeavor. And now listening to Democrats whine about him is sickening.
IMO Democrat IS Communist! There isn’t any gray area between the two terms. Liberal, Progressive, NeoCon, Fascist, Socialist – these are all soft terms for the same ultimate end. Period. The Socialist
“educators” have tried to put “democracy” in the middle of their governmental definitions with fascism on the right (right wing terrorist) and Communism (our ultimate saviors) on the left. They do this to deceive us – they need to distinguish themselves from the perceived evil of the Nazi’s in WWII! But the true analysis is Republic as opposed to Communist State; and all those other terms progress toward Communism from a republic. This is because a Republic Government derives its authority to Govern FROM THE PEOPLE where as Communism Governs BECAUSE it IS the State!
Our Constitution Guarantees us a Republican form of Government – Not Democrat Government! (Article IV, Section 4). Sounds like a joke doesn’t it? As if it is Unconstitutional to elect a Democrat to anything? Well it ISN’T A JOKE! Anyone who believes the Government’s purpose is to “Take Care” of us is a communist. No degrees thereof – you ARE or you are not. True Republicans KNOW that the Government’s purpose is to protect the rights of the Individual. That the Individual is the smallest Common Denominator to everything! That self-Governance begins with the individual. That righteousness begins with the individual – and so does evil!

Promises, promises….let’s not forget his promise to “fundamentally Change” the entire Country…..and referred to OUR Constitution as ‘outdated’.
Obviously he doesn’t understand what transparency is, & may not be even spell it! BUT, he (has) a plan and is following it!!! WHAT IS OUR PLAN to stop his progress??? Without one, failure is guaranteed….again!!
“Voting” is not a plan…it is an action primarily based on your individual choice. If you are a Conservative, a Libertarian, John Bircher, or any other ‘and you fly the Republican banner….VOTE AMERICAN….and take a buddy with you. It’s a numbers game, not an ego trip. We pledge our allegiance to “One Nation, Under God and the Republic for which it stands…..Many did not vote because ‘their’ perfect candidate wasn’t on the ballot….tell me..How did that work out?
