President Biden Announces his Proposed Budget for 2023 – 3/28/22
President Joe Biden will announce his proposal for the 2023 federal budget. Keeping in line with his tax and spend policies that have led to historic inflation, the budget is expected to tax unrealized gains (money that hasn’t actually been made yet), propose expensive energy industry initiatives and other boondoggles from his failed Build Back Better bill.
The real gem comes at about 40:21 when a reporter asks the question referred to on this note card (two others subsequently ask and get the same answe):
