FDA exec details corrupt relationship between Big Government and Big Pharma in Project Veritas Part II video
Project Veritas has released Part II of its undercover investigation in which Christopher Cole, a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) executive, described the corrupt relationship between Big Government and Big Pharma.
Cole, according to his LinkedIn page, is an executive officer in the FDA’s medical countermeasures initiative which, according to the FDA page, “plays a critical role in protecting the United States from chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and emerging infectious disease threats. FDA ensures that medical countermeasures —including drugs, vaccines and diagnostic tests—to counter these threats are safe, effective, and secure.”
Still, the FDA’s statement to Project Veritas, which calls Cole the “person purportedly in the video,” claims that division “does not work on vaccine matters.”
In the second video with Cole, released on Wednesday, he describes how an annual COVID-19 jab means more and more money going into Big Pharma’s and Big Government’s pockets. He also described what are called user fees that the corporate world pays the FDA to approve its products.
“It’ll be a recurring fountain of revenue,” Cole said of the annual jab profit. “It might not be that much initially, but it’ll recurring if they can get every person required at an annual vaccine, that is a recurring return of money.”
Cole added: The drug companies, the food companies, the vaccine companies they pay us hundreds of millions of dollars a year to hire and keep the reviewers to approve their products.”
The U.S. Congress approved of the FDA user fees decades ago, Cole state, and they are used to hire reviewers to provide a quick approval process for their products.
It is unclear by Cole’s statements if there are different user fees, approved by Congress, for different products, but The Liberty Loft found the FDA’s page on prescription drugs user fees created in 1992.
“The Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) was created by Congress in 1992 and authorizes FDA to collect fees from companies that produce certain human drug and biological products. Since the passage of PDUFA, user fees have played an important role in expediting the drug approval process,” the FDA page states.
Cole describes the billions of dollars being funneled into the FDA to approve products. He said the FDA “whitewashed” how the user fees impact their decision making.
“They tone down the impact of the user fees on their operations because they know they’re dependent on the drug companies and vaccine companies and these other companies for their agency to operate,” Cole said.
Cole added: “Well, the dirty stuff is never really publicized. I mean, there’s more pressure. There’s more pressure to approve something.”
On the one hand, Cole says he doesn’t think products are approved based on the money, but on the other hand, he clearly states that it does.
“It’s like, ‘Oh, I need to grab some of that (cash),’” Cole said. “And I think we’ve gone too far on that…. They’re getting a little overzealous in charging the user fees to other non-payroll expenses.”
That “money gets banked” and gets spent “on whatever you can, whether it’s right or wrong,” Cole said.
Although there is whistleblower status, Cole says that protection basically doesn’t exist.
“You don’t want to be that person,” Cole said. “You’re not going to have a long shelf life in the agency if you’re always that person.”
“You’ll be marked from getting other jobs because another office is not going to want to hire you if you’ve spoken out about something, right or wrong. They don’t look at what you’ve spoken out about. They’re just not willing to- government’s about rocking the boat and they don’t want to- which is the problem I have with- one of the problems I have with government is, like, they don’t like people rocking the boat, for right or wrong, at all costs. They want to hire a safe person that can do the job, but doesn’t necessarily- is a great hire,” Cole added.
As reported this week, Cole was seen in Part I describing the plans for annual COVID-19 shots as well as tacitly admitting the shots are ineffective.
Cole also described how the emergency, under the declaration of a state of emergency issued by President Donald Trump on Friday, March 13 of 2020, has allowed the FDA and the government at large to do everything it has to us over the last two years. Without that declaration, none of the shots would be allowed to be given as they remain experimental.
James O’Keefe, founder of Project Veritas, released another video in which he speaks with Cole. O’Keefe encourages Cole to sit down with him and become a whistleblower. As for now, that looks unlikely as Cole said: “I’m doubtful that I will be contacting you again.”
Meanwhile, the bipartisan corruption remains on display from Trump’s former FDA head to the new FDA head under President Joe Biden.
Scott Gottlieb, who headed the FDA under Trump, found the revolving door to go from the regulatory agency to Big Pharma as a Pfizer board member.
“While in past years it was Big Oil that fueled the Wall Street Billionaires and Central Banks which allowed them to totally control all aspects of America life, today it is clearly Big Pharma,” wrote Brian Shilhavy for Vaccine Impact.
Shilhavy added: “Big Pharma, especially since COVID and President Donald Trump’s Operation Warp Speed that robbed what was remaining of America’s wealth and handed it over to his buddies on Wall Street, now controls all aspects of American life, including the corporate media, the government health agencies, the politicians at the national level, and the U.S. Military along with their various intelligence agencies.”
Now, Biden’s pick, Robert Califf, for the FDA was confirmed this week. Califf led the FDA under President Barrack Obama and was known for corruption.
“Apparently Robert Califf did such a good job of helping Big Pharma shield themselves from any liabilities due to the opioid crisis that destroyed the lives of so many Americans while he was head of the FDA under President Obama, that he is being brought back to lead the FDA again to help Big Pharma continue growing in record profits and sales as they get ready to expand the market for the COVID-19 gene-altering shots by having Americans get vaccinated every year, along with the already profitable flu shots,” Shilhavy wrote.
