Arne Duncan Reaffirms The Quiet Part Out Loud: They Hate Us

The Blue State Conservative

On the same day that thirteen mutilated bodies were flown into Dover – the result of Biden’s botched withdrawal and representing the first American casualties in Afghanistan since February of 2020 –  former Secretary of Education Arne Duncan compared people like you and me who simply don’t want to be poked, prodded, and masked anymore to the 7th-century Talibanimals that detonate themselves in public.

In a still-active tweet, Duncan stated:

Have you noticed how strikingly similar both the mindsets and actions are between the suicide bombers at Kabul’s airport, and the anti-mask and anti-vax people here? They both blow themselves up, inflict harm on those around them, and are convinced they are fighting for freedom.”

Gross, despicable, vile, reprehensible and other such words don’t begin to accurately describe Duncan, who, if we’re being honest, is closer to Taliban leadership in his hatred of other human beings than we are to the low-level suicide bombers. Just saying.

Aside from the frightening realization that Duncan is just one of several millions of leftist cogs in the education machine that share an identical worldview and are able to corrupt young minds on a daily basis, this tweet is but the latest in the ongoing practice of likening decent, average Americans to the worst of humankind. Make no mistake, Duncan’s words are not an accident nor a misrepresentation. However we frame these people – leftists, globalists, communists, Democrats, etc. – the fact remains that they have a singular hatred of personal freedom and absolute intolerance of ideological dissension.

As awful as it is, the comparison of anti-vaxxers and anti-maskers to low-functioning, murderous apes is intentional. Most Americans have a visceral reaction to watching a suicide bomber unleash hellish destruction onto innocent, unsuspecting people. We inherently sympathize with mothers, fathers, and children whose lives (and bodies) are ripped apart by the worst of humanity.

Therefore, the psychological association with anti-vaxxers (itself a purposefully pejorative term) has the effect of bridging our innate repulsion toward Muslim terrorists and an artificial distrust toward Americans who choose freedom over medical tyranny. Said enough, the demarcation between the two groups dissolve, leaving brainwashed CNN viewers and your next-door neighbor feeling as much hatred toward the Taliban monsters as they do your family and its natural immunity to Covid.

Joseph Goebbels was correct in observing “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.”

The same messaging has taken form over the Trump era in other arenas. History provides no shortage of terrible people, and despite Democrats’ largely historical ignorance on important matters like slavery and capitalism, they are effective at dredging up the likes of Hitler and the Nazis when it suits their purpose.

Trump is Hitler? Kids in cages are concentration camps? All Trump supports are Nazi-like white supremacists?

Ironically, the only viable comparison to Nazis and the Trump movement are the events of January 6th, which were indeed an American Reichstag. In other words, just as Hitler used a false flag operation to condemn his opponents and consolidate power, so too did Democrats stage certain elements of the supposed insurrection in their efforts to condemn all of Trump’s supporters and consolidate power around the ubiquitous and ever-present threat of white supremacy.

If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such a time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”
