Watching and listening to reports of the situation on our Southern Border will make your head spin with confusion. President Joe Biden, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Press Secretary Jen Psaki, and Vice President Kamala Harris were in different locations talking from other talking points. It was not a study in teamwork as it appeared they all skipped the briefing.
The Vice President was last seen flipping the coin toss at a college football game on Saturday. Except for her appearance at a Gavin Newsom rally, Kamala Harris has been out of sight and hearing since the Afghanistan debacle killing ten innocent Afghans and 13 military personnel. Though she is the person named by Biden to head up the efforts at the Border, she has been AWOL and silent. She is not giving us a study in leadership.
While he was at the United Nations, Joe Biden was asked about the administration getting a handle on the surge of people crossing our Border from Mexico, Central America, Haiti, and God knows where. His response was quick, but unfortunately, he did not speak from the party line for the administration. His comment, “we will get a grip on it,” is adverse to everything said by anyone in Biden’s camp. They have been telling us for months that the Border is closed and secure. Something doesn’t sync.
Secretary Mayorkas was pressed by Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wisc) for the number of immigrants returned, detained, or dispersed throughout the country, Mayorkas had no answer. He had no grasp of the data, yet he claims the Border was secure. This head of Homeland Security is more concerned about the bogus accusations of horse-mounted Border agents using whips to control crossers in Del Rio. This story has been debunked, and Del Rio is the latest hot spot for migrants. There are currently 12,000 Haitians sheltered under a bridge in squalid conditions. All facilities are overflowing, which has led to this bridge being used as a detainment facility. It is evident that Mayorkas does not have a clue and is not the person to head this agency with each spoken word.
Jen Psaki topped them all with her ludicrous response to a question from Peter Doucy from FOX News. He asked about the monitoring of health conditions, symptoms, and vaccinations of migrants across our Border. She claimed that anyone crossing our Border is screened for COVID symptoms, and if found, the individual is quarantined. Her response can only be classified as bizarre. The following sentence cannot be believed, even by Psaki. She said that the migrants are not crossing to stay in the U.S. for a long time. Therefore they do not pose a long-term threat! WHAT? Do we now believe they are walking 1,900 miles for a short vacation with 20,000 of their closest friends?
This administration is banking on people not paying attention or not connecting the stories. They are dysfunctional, disjointed, and are incapable of taking responsibility. There are glimmers of hope that the Main Stream Media may be jumping off the bandwagon. They may be finding a soul and a conscience. They can no longer be complicit with a situation that is circling the drain. That may be too much to hope for, but I am willing to give them a chance. That is as long as they apologize to the American people for being tools of the Democrat party. Any hope of a semblance of credibility begins with coming clean with the sins of their past.

No, Ray, my head isn’t spinning…it has EXPLODED !! I live just under 4 hrs from Del Rio Tx, just over 4 hours from El Paso and a short days drive from Mcallen, Tx and within site of I-20…..DAILY “Tourist” buses park at Walmart on I-20 and while I see them UNloading, I am yet to see many board. In the spring we had 2 groups of 5-600 ‘unaccompained children” come in the middle of the night and housed within walking distance. Both were suddenly gone, also in the dark of night…..Several were treated at our local hospital for covid and pregnancies….NO local officials were allowed in or given explanations or advance notice.
I have actively worked 18 years on the ever worsening crossing of these CRIMNAL TRESPASSERS with various organization and developed personal contacts with Border Agents, Sheriff organization, Center of Immigration Studies and have heard ‘stories’ from victims. Dr Mike & Linda Vickers founder of Texas Border Volunteers are from Brooks Cty (SE Ted) have found bodies on their ranch as well as coming home to find thee people ON their patio!! One young 16 yo off of I-10 went to feed her horse and was jumped by 3 trespassers. Fortunately her father heard her.
The Military Bases where many of the Afghans are have free rein to come and go as pleased….even out of State. (Most are UNvetted or UNvaccinated
As I understand it, there is only a handfull of Haitians actually being returned to Haiti….Most are given papers (sans health/background cks) papers to report to an immigration office within 60 days AND $100 !!!
When Walmart has more shoppers with Haitian accents than Mexican accents, it a darn good sign where these Criminal Trespassers are going after leaving the ‘bridge’….
As far as the Administration being complicit…….No they know exactly what they[re doing……but forgetting that Texas now has a ‘right to carry’ law and push has about rached shove…
