Business Forced to Ask Vaccination Status in San Francisco

A new mandate has been released from the City of San Francisco which will require businesses to dive into asking personal health information of patrons.

Mayor London Breed announced the measure on Thursday. The city will force businesses to ask vaccination status questions of patrons before they are able to enter into businesses. Businesses under the order are gyms, bars, restaurants, and other indoor venues according to the LA Times.

The measure is not simply requiring one dose of the vaccine as many other large cities. San Francisco is taking it one step further and mandating full vaccination as part of their order.

While San Francisco has taken steps to mandate vaccines for teachers in schools, it did give teachers the option to receive a negative test in lieu of a vaccine. That’s not the case for patrons of businesses.

Employees of the businesses are given a period of two months to comply before they are forced to provide vaccination proof to their employer. Breed stated that this gave time to save jobs while giving time for compliance.

It is not clear the potential punishment for businesses that refuse to comply with the order to ask patrons their health information or mandate proof from their employees.

The Associated Press is reporting that Los Angeles is considering a move to match that of San Francisco.

New York City, San Francisco, and Los Angeles have all taken steps to place intense restrictions and requirements on both businesses and citizens. Such measures are no doubt to face legal challenges as the radical left continues its march towards the ultimate destruction of freedom in the United States.
