BROWNSVILLE, Texas — U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers at the Gateway International Bridge intercepted a load of alleged cocaine, hidden within a 2010 Jeep.
“Our officers used multiple enforcement tools along with their experience and training which led to this important narcotics seizure,” said Port Director Tater Ortiz, Brownsville Port of Entry.
The seizure took place on Saturday, Aug. 28, at Gateway International Bridge when a 20-year-old female United States citizen who resides in Brownsville, attempted entry into the United States driving a 2010 Jeep.
